Ok that's a lie, con means with and sin means without, xp is what we call a report or review. So literally it means with experiances or without. In practice it means they have reviews on their own website which also means without because the vast majority are recorded by them about themselves, it's just fiction, ignore them.
They write their own reports. If you are able to read them, reports are all good things.
