I went to Patricias Mendocinas (that's the correct name of the street; I didn't have it quite right before) 687 at 2 PM today and there was no answer. Thus I returned to Montevideo 551. Lucia was there and another named Mili so I did a half hour with Mili. Much better blow job (CBJ and it went on right away) but not as good of a fuck. Unlike Lucia she asked for a tip. Saw no particular reason to give her one. This place is just fine for the moderately discerning budget monger. Had a different room this time with a mirror. Anyway this concludes my mongering career in Argentina.

For those who like wine, there is a place at Juan B. Justo 339, has some kind of Italian name like Tettrazini or something like that, which sells five liter returnable "garrafas" starting at 40 pesos. That's about the last useful information I have for you guys.

    ˇSuerte!

    Chichilo Bar, Garibaldi 121

Ummm no. Scratch this one off the list. For starters, Garibaldi and Montecaseros would be the 500 block of Garibaldi. There is no bar at 121 or anywhere on that block. Garibaldi is only six blocks long and I covered the whole thing.

    Decent fast food

Kingo's by the main plaza, Plaza Independencia, corner of P. De Mendocinas and Rivadavia. Place is clean and on my two visits I saw that they were not sandbagging. Therefore not as fast as say McDonald's but each item more or less individually prepared. They do sell beer here, half liters of Quilmes in the twist top bottles for I believe 14 pesos. Don't do that; go to the minimercado on Rivadavia near Espanya (the next street going away from the plaza from P. De Mendocinas).7 pesos for a can of Andes. One day I had the triple cheeseburger with egg, called a Buffy, for 15 pesos. The other day I had a Godzilla for 17 pesos, which is a quadruple cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. These fuckers will stick to your ribs for a while.

What else? A lot of the internet places want you to pay up front which I do not see as a good trend. In Salta, Catamarca, La Rioja, and San Juan the initial amount was one peso but here it is 2 or 2, 50. Probably greater demand due to all the students. Cans of beer run 7 or 8 in the small places and are 5, 85 at Carrefour (for Andes). Liters are 8, 45 at Carrefour with a 2, 75 deposit. I noticed that the Andes made in Zárate is more fuerte (stronger taste, not more alcohol) than that made in Salta. Watch Carrefour like a hawk. Three visits there and three attempts to shaft me. First time tried to charge me 31, 45 for an item with a shelf price of 28, 85. Second time tried to charge me for three beers when I had two. Third time bought a Chilean beer called Kunstmann (okay but not great) which was on sale 3 x 2 and the system did not acknowledge it. All was straightened out but is annoying and typical of the country, and more annoying when one is in the express lane. I am sure it was annoying for everyone else in line too. I would blow this type of shit off in a neighborhood market but not when dealing with a money-grubbing national corporation that advertises heavily.

Bus system is a bit odd. Two numbers are required. Single digit or low two-digit number corresponds to the company. Two or three digit number appears to correspond to the route. Yet, for example, not all 7-91s go to the bus station. Haven't got it quite figured out yet.

There are lots of apart-hotels here which would make this place more economical for a stay of a week or so. I am staying a week and have a kitchen but it's limited in that you can't cook meat or grill anything. I assume this is because there is no exhaust system. Still, the refrigerator is worth quite a bit. This is one of the more high end aparthotels. I might post some specifics after I am gone.

To me the women here are not particularly cute and they don't dress up much. Quite average in my humble opinion. Restaurant food about 2/3 the price of Buenos Aires. Not nearly the variety of Salta. Empanadas are not nearly as ubiquitous here. BTW a Carlitos is a grilled ham and cheese, and hot dogs with avocado are popular, similar to in Chile.

Oh yeah, the name of the galleria with the casa de cambio is Galleria Tonsa.

I patronized this fine establishment today at about 2 PM or 1400. There is no apartment number; it is a single family house. Nor is there an intercom. Ring the buzzer and wait. The chica opened the door a bit and poked her head out. I passed muster and the door opened. She introduced herself as Lucia and said she would present her companyera (singular). I said I first wanted to know the rates; I recommend you use the word aranceles for this purposes as opposed to precios, etc. She replied with something about fifteen minutes that ignored. 80 for half hour. 120 for hour, and 150 for an hour with juguetes. That means toys; i.e, vibrators. She said this is the house specialty. I don't give a fuck about that stuff. She presented her buddy, called Paola, a fake blond with a bit of a cottage cheese ass. I will take the morocha every time so I gave Lucia 80p and off we went. I did not expect much.

I was pleasantly surprised. We went in one room which was fine and then she recommended we go to another room, which was larger, sunnier, and nicer. It had three beds in it and a row of chairs similar to what you would see in a bus station. I have no clue WTF that is all about. Anyway Lucia is a good sized woman but not too fat for me by any means. I like curvy latinas and am not into bone fucks. Mediocre to rough CBJ, then cowgirl, then mish to completion. A nice gal, friendly, good attitude, no rush, ten minute post-coital chat took us to about 35 minutes before a bell or buzzer was rung.

Additional information courtesy of Lucia: There was a third chica who did not want to present herself because she could not find her high heels. This reminded me of the famed Nicole, late of Uruguay 343 in BsAs. Lucia is mendocina and has worked there five years. There are six rooms in the place. It is 24-7 and she claims college girls work there at night when there can be up to 10 chicas. Maybe.

For orientation purposes this place is by the Plaza Italia and the cross street is Chile.

Personally I thought this place was a hell of a bargain. Both the rooms and the bathroom (there may be more than one, not sure) were clean. No mention of tips, no charge for condoms (although I had my own). Maybe I will come back here Saturday night. I don't think this is a very good neighborhood at night, though.

    Casa de cambio

Did not feel like taking the imaginary official rate of 4,46 so I stood around at the end of the peatonal looking like I wanted to score something and ended up in the 1100 block of San Martin, odd side, should be about 1175. There are at least two "blanco" casas de cambio on this block but go in the galleria that is directly across from the Subway (the one on S. M, not the one on the peatonal) and look on the left for the windows covered with butcher paper (there is a Western Union in this galleria which might help you find it). The tout offered me 5,00 and I said no and started to walk away. Ended up only got 5,20 for 100 US but the guy (not the tout) said he would give more for 500 US. I asked how much more and he shrugged and grinned. They have a black light machine (I didn't , and the dance beganuse it) and there was no one else there so I took my time and looked at all five hundreds (the twenty was a worn out piece of shit) carefully. I figure they can fake the black light and I know a trucho Roca when I see it. I am not a big haggler so maybe I could have done better but it sure beat 4,46.

Mendoza has spruced up since I was last here. They are building a light rail and now they have the buses running on electricity in the centro. Like in Seattle where once the wires end they switch back to whatever fossil fuel they are using. Beautiful sunsets in this town.

    Hi.

Went to this place three times and had good experience all the times.

But mind you I was not expecting the best of services by the prettiest women on earth.

Its a fairly good privado by Mendoza standards.

    With average girls.

But its dead cheap. So I go there with low expectations but it has ended better than I thought.

Mendoza is all about Wine and Food but when the need arises there are some privados worth visiting.

    This is one.

What is the name of the online newspaper with the listings in Mendoza?

I thought there used to be some classifieds online, can't seem to find.

    I've tried and failed

I went to Mendoza for a conference.

I was amazed but the quality of the non pro's. A LOT better than you can see on Buenos Aires streets. I went love sick of those ladies over there.

Friday afternoon is a paradise on Independence Park. Too much girls all over the place. I wish I had the guts to get one of those lolitas. They were too tempting.

I went looking for night action and found some places at "chacras" (alsur) with teenage boys and girls. The girls were top super models. Supposedly on their twennies, but I'd say no more than 14th. 15th years. But they sweared they had 21 or so. Anyway, there's no way to hook up one of those girls (at least for me) too much of hard work and too many kids around and also my mind all the time was telling me that it was illegal (by the looks)

Anyway, I tried this place called Red Club. It was a rip off. There were about 3 girls, nothing spectacular, they charged me for ARS$50 including drink.

It was too late and I didn't went to EROS. It seems that the real action was in there (told from another conference assistant)

Anyway, I would pay tons for an evening with any of the independence park lolitas and the girls at al sur.

Also it would be great to have a sex service to visit some wineries, that would be "THE" GFE for the life.

    Is there life in Mendoza?

    Hi everybody,

I have a question about Mendoza in 2010: are there good escort services there? I would be interested in really good looking chicas, what you call 8-10-s, for an evening, or at least 2-3 hours, may be incuding going to a dinner, that sort of thing. Visiting Casas is not my cup of tea, especially given the reports of poor quality in Mendoza. I have been there 7 years ago, and it was quite nice once I was able to find some good escort girls; I beleive I used the local newspaper, found some ads, particularly the one for a local escort service, and arranged several visits by the girls to my hotel. Now there is a website 'topmodelsmdz": can anybody comment on it (I mean, in terms of real girls that came from that site)

I plan to visit in August (by the way, is it pretty cold there at that time? Like in BA, or colder? Would appreciate any relevant information.

    Mendoza Privados Suck

I just read the list that included about 6 privados. I fucked up and didn't realize the clubs like red club actually has ladies of the night. Anyways, we only checked out two privados since we only stayed one night. The privado at Montevideo 551 at Chile seemed like it was closed. I could be wrong and may have just went at the wrong time. I do not speak Spanish very well and couldn't call.

After checking out the wine country my friend, taxi driver and I went to Patricias Mendocines 687 at Avenida Colon. I paid 40 pesos for 15 minutes and the girl was at best a four. The only positive was that I could use her tooth as a can opener. I would highly recommend not going to this place. If I did not promise myself that I would go to a privado in each city I would never have gone to this place. After speaking to locals it sounds lke the Red Club is the place to go.

    Request

You REQUEST more info? Are you a police CAPTAIN?:-) I don't have time now: Mendoza is safe and nice, more / better info can be found at lonelyplanet.com or fromers.com etc. Wine, mountains, nature, outdoors, climbing are the obvious reasons to.

    Red Club

Red Club: opens at 10PM, but no action before 11PM.

AR40 entrance fee includes one drink.

    AR30 for a beer.

AR60 for a chica drink that gives you 20-45mins of her time just talking, no touching or kissing as far as experience and see others.

AR80 for private dance. Did not try.

AR300 forone hour sex at hotel other side of street, did not try and did not try to get down price.

Chicas: 4-8 scale, there were only 6 available at midnight Thursday night.

If you want expensive sex from slightly above-average looking women (6 to 8 on a scale of 10) try the Red Door Club. Nice atmosphere and a half decent selection of women from Thursday through Saturday nights. I forget the address, but any taxi driver knows it. Great selection of spirits at the bar (one of the best selections in Mendoza, believe it or not)

    Happy hunting. Mendoza ain't BA.
How are the prices at the Red door Club? Please elaborate the word "expensive"! Are the girls in Mendoza pro TLNs? Any medium budget chica friendly hotels?
