I can not decide whether to spend three days in Mendoza in November, or to stay in BA those days. Been to BA many times, and think the idea of drinking wine all day sounds appealling, however, I just don't want to drink wine. Any advice about Mendoza. On Sunday, I left for Mendoza. Totally agree with Doggboy's assesment. Nice place to live, and I felt even more secure there than in BA.

Visited one of the local PVs recommended by the local board in Garibaldi St. 20p 15 min, 40p half hour, 60p one hour. Was in Mendoza 2 weeks ago. Checked out this appartment and was pleasantly surprised. 3 times!

The appartment is in the Sarmiento peatonal. Getting in from the peatonal the second and third time I just waited till someone was coming in or out and just went in through the open door. No security all 3 times. The first time I pressed the buzzer and said a few things in English (my Spanish is pretty bad) and they buzzed me in. Took lift to 3rd floor, the appt is down the back on the right side. Takes a few minutes for the door to be opened after you knock on it.
