This is in the same vein as I mentioned earlier from when I was in BA in Jan/04. A Madahoita, A planned event away from her work that evening, was telling her Amiga that 200P minimum for short stays is what we will be charging at Madaho. (And sure enough that is what she asked for that night but it was an all nighter w/ dinner & dance.)
She did not distinguish expat or not but these two portenas were with a Latino and Americano that night.
I think I have read lately of 150P from Madaho but as Jackson said, he paid the 200P once now he is marked at Madaho. Oh, if the peso could only go back to 4P/$US.

That's very unfair, if true, IMHO. Especially considering Argentinian chicas who travel to Mexico City offering escort services, charge a going fee of $2000-2700 mexican pesos (about $177-240 US dollars, I think). I am told (by one of the girls, no less) that on good months of steady work, Argentinas from the www.divas.com.mx site can rack up to $10,000 US dollars. That's right, American dollars. No wonder they're so keen about coming here over an over.

I agree that Mexico's action can't compare with Bs. As. (national escorts are usually above the $100 US dollars mark) but that gives me impression that an Argentinian chica is entitled to squeeze your money from you just because she's beautiful and/or you're not from the same country as her.

A fellow monger from Mexico told me he went to Bs. As. to check famous Recoleta clubs, and he came back priding himself he had a great time with a model looking-type girl from Black for $500 AR pesos.

After reading WSG forum, I fear these girls will gladly suck your wallet dry, no matter your nationality. Maybe clubs there are only for wealthy tourists (which leaves me out of the game). Guess I'll be spending more time visiting private apartments.

About the US$100 quotes that several were mentioning - when I was with an amiga at the end of Novenber (she works out of Madahos), she told me that the management told the girls that they should not be accepting anything less than US$100 to leave with a non- Argentinian guy. I knew this wasn't happening from reading the posts, but I'm beginning to wonder if this "push" toward US$100 is gaining steam. Anyhow, she said this was the management that was telling the girls this. I don't think she was BS'ing me for any reason. This might explain the higher quotes and firm stances more of these girls are taking.

Why I want to get back into Black:

For me, short time with the club chicas is simply a losing proposition; I'm a fairly decent looking guy who believes in treating the escorts well and I like to think that I get better mileage than most from the escorts when I monger in Montreal but all that doesn't really matter in B.A. I don't speak Spanish plus given many of the chicas' short term mentality, most of my short time arrangments have ended soon after the first service is done. Of course, it could be that I'm just repulsive to all Portenas but the end result is pretty much the same.

So if I'm going to pay 200-250 pesos for a short time session on top of the exit drinks and tips, I might as well just go to Montreal which is a lot closer, where roughly the same amount of money can get me a full hour with a fairly attractive to very good looking escort (depends on who is working) who speaks English at reputable Montreal agencies like Asservissante or SatinDreamz delivered to my hotel room. In addition, it's rare to get an escort with a bad attitude at these agencies since they are selling companionship and sex, not drinks and have a clear incentive to pick attractive girls with good attitudes. I was at Madahos for five to six nights and never once did anyone there ask whether the chica whom I took out the night before, provided good service. As far the clubs are concerned, their idea of the perfect customer is JamesBond69's American law student who thought that he had to pay just to watch the ladies prance around. In B.A, whether to pay the chicas before or after is an issue. But in Montreal, so long as you're dealing with reputable agencies, the idea that paying first will result in poorer service is actually a bit ridiculous. It's like in McDonalds, paying first doesn't mean your McNuggets and fries will arrive soggy; there's just a basic sense of professionalism. I think it says a lot that when you click on the "Reviews" button on the Asservissante website, it links to the biggest Montreal monger board on the web. I doubt that any B.A club will ever have a link to the WSG on their websites.

It seem I have digressed, guess I just wanted to vent my frustrations at the messed up incentives that the B.A clubs have, hope my rantings haven't offended anyone. I actually do like B.A a lot; it's a safe, beautiful city with warm and friendly people, the fact that 1 US dollar buys 2.9 peso doesn't hurt either.

As I was saying, given that short time sessions with club chicas don't make sense for me; TLN is by far, the best option for me. Besides, cost-wise B.A beats Montreal hands-down for TLN. I agree with Exon123 that apart from the standard fare, Black sometimes have 2 or 3 real lookers who are a cut above the rest of the club chicas. Since I find it difficult to do a TLN with someone whom I don't really find attractive, I'm pretty much limited to those 2-3 lookers at Black which is why I want back in. Hopefully, on my next trip, the offerings at Madahos will pick up. Guess if all else fails, I could try the other clubs and there're always the internet chicas.

As far as Black's. I agree with you. I do have to say that I've never had any problems there. I don't quite understand why guys like Jamesbond69 go there so much if he doesn't pull girls out and only goes to inform the clueless how BA works. I'm all for being muy tranquilo and not causing a scene. How does arguing with the bartenders, never pulling any girls out, telling all the customers that there are cheaper places in town make yourself a good customer there???

I'm not sure if you should be banned but like it or not, Black's is what it is. They are a business trying to make money. Every city has their version of "Black's". I've pulled some stunners out of Blacks. Usually I just get their phone number and see them during the day. The management is always nice to me and so are the bartenders and waitresses. I'm certainly NOT endorsing them. Yes, they can be a rip off. My only point is that if I owned a business and some guy that I considered to be pestering my clients, staff, etc. I'd probably ban him too.

In a place like Black's and anywhere else like it in the world....your best chances of scoring with the hotties if you go back over and over is to get a good reputation. Often times I don't pay much more than other places with Black's girls. I think the reason is these girls all talk to one another.

I agree with you, much of the fun is in the hunt and negotiations. That's why I like moving around because things can change nightly and hourly.

Ola all! The Mouse (along with oxygen mask and IV bag) has finally limped home with a tear in his eye. It was great seeing Stormy, Dickhead, Exon, Moondog & Jackson again along with meeting some new friends.

The week included 11 girls (only 2 were old friends) of 4 nationalities from 6 different locations and "Not a single Bad Experience" among them. The costs for the most part (not including a tip for some) was 150p for 2 hrs or more, with a few exceptions of 200p - 250p for 2 hrs - TLN and 1 chica charged me 300p for 8 hrs (well worth it).

For the first time ever, I never made it to Madaho's or Solid Gold, but I will repeat Nuevo Estilo for the one or 2 that got away. DH, keep up those lessons for the rest of us!

Reading Don Busch's report and having seen Black twice in a previous trip, I wonder why those read this forum would go there and why Don and JamesBond69 would want to go back there. It is just an average club with average girls looking for premium prices. I really did not see any stunners there.

Black is well located and seem to get recommended by the hotels. Hence the patrons are first timers and "tourists".

Those who have done their research know better.

I have never been to B.A although I have a friend who moved there last year so am planning to be there for Xmas2004. Been on a few trips to Rio (Be there next week!) so can't wait to get to B.A. to sample the mongering and to compare the chicas

The chicas in Rio are also quoting more in US dollars this year compared to last from reading reports. The reason why we are being quoted more might have something to do with the weakness of the $dollar, especially vs. the UK£ and Euros? I know I will definitly benefit on this trip compared to my last one in October 2003. I'll understand if I get charged say $R30 more in Rio as I get a much better rate!

Went back to Maipu 429, 5th floor no. 5. Different madam this time, a blond Anglo type vs. the dark gal from the previous visit. I knew I was kind of early at 1 PM but the selection was only four girls, including the one I did the first time who was the best looking of the lot.
