I am not sure why Hook has charged different prices. The 20 pesos salida was at 330am. I had walked in the club and did not even order a drink. I went to pick up the chica. My advice: Go whenever you can to a bank, make the queue (Banco Rio at Uriburu St and Santa Fe Ave has a usually fast and short teller line) and ask for small change. ar$300-400 should be enough for 2-3 days of petty expenditures.

Guys,

OK, slept till 2P. After waking decided to go see some sights.
