Maipú 429 (not 425) is not open on the weekends (and closes early) and I have posted that several times. Güemes 3221 is open on Saturdays but not Sundays (hours are 10 to 10 meaning the last appointment is at 9 PM or 2100). Ditto with Santa Fe 1707. Has anyone checked out Suipacha 921 on the weekends? They are open til 2:30 AM "más o menos" according to Madam Abril, but I don´t know about weekends. Sundays are tough. Larrea 885 is open 24/7 as is Rivadavia 1929/1931 but neither is really recommended and CERTAINLY not for non-Spanish speakers.

I saw something similar on the Economists "Big Mac" index that suggests BA is undervalued, as is Thailand. I think in the years ahead a lot of solid middle class guys are going to see the USA as the treadmill it is, and don´t like the idea of sitting in traffic and not getting lucky for the next twenty years. Mark my words, the US dollar is going to collapse, and Warren Buffet and George Soros agree and have made bets on that.

If you can arbitrage currency, like have income streams in the US or are a knowledge worker, the opportunities are very sweet. I am fortunate to earn roughly a weeks local down here in an hour or two. On 142 cities, Buenos Aires appears to be 141 (followed by Ascencion), Tokyo, London and Moscow having the three first positions, while NY is 12 ..... Lima is 118 and Sao Paulo 124 ..... (I'll try to find the link if someone is interested)

Maybe I should also seriously think about moving there !!!
