Buying Viagra & Cialis

I'm a Viagra virgin, but getting to the age (>50) where I might need a boost. Simple question: what effect -- if any -- does Viagra / Cialis have on ejaculatory control and time to climax?

Let's say (on Viagra) you're banging away missionary style and shoot your load after the standard 10 minutes. What then? Stay erect, and go for two (or five) What if you're erect and just can't make it to a second climax -- does one just declare "time's up" and take a cold shower?

Sorry if this sounds naive, but I really have no idea.

These products work by tightening or partially closing off veins, not opening arteries. Hence no erection until stimulated so that blood flows in, but it lasts longer and is more pronounced as blood stays there. So (with respect, I avoid flame wars) I think OslersVoice has it just slightly wrong.

I believe that observed side effects are the result of other veins in the body reacting to the same drug and partially closing in areas (particularly the face) where blood flow in is sufficiently close to blood flow out so that a slight decrease in flow through vein leads to pressure back up on the surface. These side effects do not bother me at all, but are quite uncomfortable for others.

C hits faster and lasts longer than V and many report fewer or lighter side effects, but the effect (erection) can be more pronounced with V. Also, generic V is available and cheap. I have found most generics equal, but not all. I like this one: Bifort-M by Finadiet (orange rectangular foil and plastic package contains 2 bils; boxes of 20 contain 10 of these subcontainers) It is small, chewable (probably speeding delivery) somewhat tasty (mint) reliable, and effective.

50mg of V is equal to 10 mg of C. That is fine, as the large C is 20 mg and corresponds to large V (100 mg) I have not found generic C for sale, but instead buy the real thing at any number of pharmacies. $ 9 to $ 10 US per 20 mg pill.

Personally, I find L uncomfortable (heaviness in the cajones) and not helpful and do not know about dosing.

YMMV, which is one reason that there are three products splitting the market.

Levetra, as far as I can find out, is not yet available in Argentina.

As for sildenafyl, I find 50mgs is more then I need (I weigh about 190 lbs. And can give me a headache, so I bust 1/3 off a 50 mg. pill and take the big piece.

Every third one take the two small chunks instead.

Works for me.

I get fewer side effects with Levitra (Vardenafil) but the same pop. The main side effect of Viagra (Sildenafil) for me is that my vision gets a yellow or blue tint (my head feels weird but no headaches) Another nice thing about Levitra is that it kicks in more quickly than Viagra, so that you can pop the pill after you meet your dream girl, without having to wait around too long while the meter is running. Cialis does little or nothing for me. YMMV.

The question is: where can I get Levitra or generic Vardenafil in BA?

As the prior poster noted, I also notice a slight decrease in effect if I take a Levitra every day. And I have broken all the rules and taken more than one per day, and I found that it just did not work. Indeed I got sick. One thing is for sure: they don't work nearly as well on a full stomach. If I fast for 6 hours before taking the pill, I do much better. El toro? No, I am too -------- old. But I can hang in there for 15 rounds or so.

I am noticing this when I take viagra every night. The first night I am hard as a rock for like an hour. Then by the second and all subsequent nights, the effect is much less for me. Maybe I just need to take a pill every other night rather than every night. Anyone else experience this when taking a viagra every night?

It seems from what I have read so far is that generic Viagra is available (such as Vorst or Sedus brands) but I have not seen any success in getting generic Cialis or Levitra in BA pharmacies (aside from the real stuff? Is this correct?

I guess it was more of a flushed feeling than an stomach ache, I really felt like shit on it and I'm not sure tylenol would help for that. No headhache though.

The flushing comes from vasodilation (opening of the blood vessels) That is what makes Viagra, Levitra and Cialis all work. They open the blood vessels in the penis so more blood can flow into the organ causing wood. However they also open "all" blood vessels which is why it causes headaches and facial flushing or stomach upset.

Taking a lower dose or switching to one of the other products is the best way to deal with this annoying side effect of these medications.

If V is giving you a stomach ache, you should take it with food. The main side effect most people report is a skull-splitting headache, for which taking it with a couple of tylenol is reported to work wonders. Also V tends to give you a flushed face.

I don't like Vitamin V as well, makes me feel like shit. I take 20 mg cialis and split it in half and take one half every other day. What I like about cialis is if your not having sex no wood but when you start getting busy it's like iron. As far as side effects, sometimes it give me a little gas, and other times my jaw gets a little tight.

It is a little expensive though but if I could figure out the generic and if somebody stocked that perhaps I could save a few pesos.

Bought 60 (50mg) tabs of sildenafil at pharmacia Azul for 187 pesos.

These are scored in half so you can bite off a 25 mg.

The math is 60 x 2 = 120 (25mg doses) or 1.50 pesos per.

Man, generic Viagra! I had no idea! I went to this place and they wanted 39 pesos for a pack of ten 50mg Sandoz. They also gave a 10 percent discont. Damn! Thanks Jackpot!

I did the math and that's 8 times cheaper than Pfizer Viagra in Brazil.

I also checked out the place down from Cafe Excedra, they had a pack of 6 50mg for 24 pesos, and a different brand, I forget what. I'd go for the Sandoz, personally.
