Here's an excerpt (unedited) from his PM to me. The boy's got problems.

"I was a sucker for the panhandling little girls on Florida and surrounding streets, and got some hugs and cuddling from some of them--but the cops never questioned me despite the fact that some of them surely noticed me hanging around the girls a lot (I got some nice pictures of some of them). I wanted to bring a girl back to my hotel room every night and let her shower, watch TV, and sleep in a nice bed (no sexual touching), but didn't do it because I wasn't up on the Argentine laws regarding adults associating with children who are not their own (that would be luring--a felony--in Washington state where I live)."

Suggest banning him.

I saw some cute girls (21-40) digging in trash bags in Rcoleta.

I wouldn't mind giving them a shower, tooth brush, and spending some time hanging out, going to diner, etc. You can find the trash diggers by walking
around the darker streets between 9pm and 1am. They don't look nasty
at all. I thought some were very attractive. This might be a new venue.

Anyone tried this?
