I stopped by Cocodrillo early Sunday night (12 midnight) and it was dead. I'd never been there before. It sucked. Maybe 5 girls <6, all talking to door / bar / whatever people, and two poor other fish out of water. Downed my free (right! Drink that I got with admission and left. When to Mahados.

Don't think I'll be back, as the other places seems much more alive and friendlier.

I'm tempted to try Roxanne.

You misunderstand Roxana's services. You give her a name, number, budget, and where / when / what. She contacts the girl and makes the arrangements. If a different girl shows up, Roxana had nothing to do with it although she will try and help you sort it out.

Some of the girls listed are "exclusive" with Roxana which just means that they don't want to deal with guys calling them at all hours.

If you are worried about a switch, have Roxana tell the girl that if somebody else shows up, you'll send her away with nothing. It's never happened to me with her appointments but I'm sure it happens sometimes. It seems as if the average woman on the street is like 10 times hotter than the working girls. What gives? Why does everyone act like this is such a hot mongering destination? I hope to God that there is something that I am missing.

If you are going to be here a few months that ought to give you enough time to find the right place for you. If I were you, I would monitor the board closely and try a variety of venues-boliches, cafes, privados, escort services, the works. I have not found truly gorgeous women for PFP here, but there are many attractive women out there. My guess is that utilizing Roxanne's services would be a good idea as well.

Believe it or not, close to 60%(or more, according to my Atlas) of Costarricenses are comprised of European ethnic stock. Generally, you are right that Central Americans are mostly indigenous, especially from Nicaragua, Guatamala, El Salvador, and Honduras. I have not been to Costa Rica, so I cannot comment on the quality of the poontang available there, either professional or amateur.

I think part of the answer to Big Bob 7's inquiry about why the regular Portenas are "10 times" than working girls is simple. Argentina is not a hardcore third world country as Costa Rica is. Although close to 40% of the population lives in poverty, there are opportunities here for women other than hooking. Females get alot more respect here than in more "macho" third world Latin countries. Also, say 10 years ago, the poverty level in this country was nowhere near what it became after the Dec. 2001 meltdown. In general, I think most of the immaculate beauties of Argentina, and Buenos Aires I particular, are fairly educated and have the hope and confidence that they can succeed in making a living either on their own or by meeting a rich guy to take care of them- and we all know that there are actually LOTS of rich people in Argentina- just not so in the professional employee middle class as in the USA.
