Oh my goodness Bar Castelar is a dismal place with really, really old ugly women. Old and ugly; that sums it up. If you like old, ugly women I recommend Bar Iberia instead (Avenida de Mayo 1198); at least the food, service, and lighting are better there. And if those women aren't ugly enough for you, keep going west on Avenida de Mayo to the 1300 block, even numbered side, near La Perlita grocery, and there is another bar that has the ugliest women you have ever seen. Don't know the name of the place and don't care and never went in there.
