These 2 suburbian towns have their pros and cons related to nightlife.
Pros:
- They are cheaper.
- Many times, quality of service / price ratio is high.
Cons:
- They are located VERY far from downtown. Tigre and SM are at least 30 km away from Buenos Aires and 30-45 minute ride, making remise / taxi fares very steep.
- Boliches are not located one next to the other as in the Triangle, but several kilometers away, which hinders club hopping.
- As 2 "provincial" districs, security becomes a serious issue. It scares when you have to walk the areas around these suburbian boliches, something that doesn't happen in Recoleta.
- Scarcity of transportation makes it difficult to find a taxi / remise on the way back home.
- Being these clubs much cheaper than Recoleta ones, the decoration and setup of these boliches may look grim. Most of them don't get better than Dollys in Flores.
- As I mentioned in previous "warning" postings related to Clarin articles, San Miguel has many clubs that either host minors or force them into the hobby, thus creating a risky situation for a police bust.
- Many times, prices are so cheap that girls treat customers as "serial wieners" (fast, subpar service, even with a tip)
- NO English at all.
If you want names, there are 2 or 3 close to Ruta 8 in San Miguel ("Imagine", if already open, "El Japonés", etc)
My advice: If you are a local, try them sparingly and assess you results. If you are in BA for a short time, don't waste your time there.
Hope this helps,
Andres

Posts: 3510Yeah? So where are these places? Just saying there are a lot of nice places in San Miguel and Tigre is not too helpful. Why don't you start a section for places in the suburbs? I'd be interested.

Posts: 911Your all paying too much!
Hey guys, in the suburbs it is only 100p to 120p per hour including the room. Once you get to know the lady the meet you for HOURS for the same 100p or many spend the night. You guys are talking 150 to 200p plus the cost of a room? Why our up to 250 p or more? Loads of nice places in San Miquel and Tigre!

But so is your choice to say "no".
Just recently, not one, but two of my favoritas asked for an hourly rate of AR$200. I see plenty of chicas for that price, but the problem was, that in the last three visits these same two favoritas had asked for and received $150 each time.
I happen to believe that once a monger establishes a given price with any specific girl, then both he and the chica should respect this for future meetings. It would be unfair (and unpleasant) for the monger to ask for a lower price, just as it is unfair and uncalled for for the chica to demand a higher premium from her "established" customers.
As Captain Dave aptly put it, it is a matter of respect, and respect must be mutual. Once a chica does not respect you, then the service is bound to suffer. For this reason, after gently reminding both chicas that they were asking for a higher amount than our established price, I gingerly gave them a choice: we could continue on with our established price, or that I would gladly pay them the AR$200 now, but that our future visits would become uncertain.
The response? "Ah. You gringo! What is an extra $15 to you?". Well, in reality, nothing, but where is the respect? To me, it is the same as the chica turning her passionate, kissing, BBBJ session into a clinical, no-kiss, CBJ session over time. Naturally, I chose not to see them any more.
Also, one should never forget the local guy. By that I do not mean the resident ex-pat, rather, the local, homegrown fellows. It is essentially on his back that we are able to enjoy excellent quality sex at the above price range. Mind you, the going rate for an escort here in SP is about $300 an hour. Why is it so? Because mongers primarily playing in the SP will pay that price! How would you feel if over a matter of years, a significant number of wealthy tourists would visit and pay $500 an hour (I know, it is sad, isn't it?) That would mean that your favorite escort would rather be with a tourist than you, as the tourist will pay her significantly more. The same applies to the local Argentine guy who has to compete with us.

This has been said so many ways before but I will bore you. It is only ten pesos, fifteen pesos, twenty pesos, thirty pesos, fifty pesos, one hundred pesos. Why would anyone pay six dollars for a slice of pizza at the airport and then at the local mall where it is two dollars say well I paid six dollars at the airport so I will pay that here. Pay only what the locals pay or as close to it as possible. DO NOT OVERPAY JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE ON VACATION. If the local call girl you see in the states charges $250 US for an hour do not think you need to pay that in BA. Pay what the locals pay. If we all walk away when we are being gouged they will not try it. Once we except price creep it will go from 10, to 20, to 30, to 40, to 50, to 100 peso's!
DO NOT OVERPAY! There are girls on the board that the going rate is now 200AR. When I first came to the area it was 150AR. That is only over a year ago. When you see two a day and are here for ten days that adds up. The most important thing to remember is that the additional money brings you absolutely NOTHING other than a lighter wallet. Therefore I follow Dickhead and pay the price he pays. He knows the value of a peso. I will not break the "Dickhead" value rule. If you continue to do so we will be forced to ban you from the country unless you only go to Black's.

All,
I accept the argument that visitors can contribute to price inflation, potentially making life more difficult for locals. After all, price is set by supply and demand and more visitors means more demand. It is also true that visitors are more likely to get taken since they are not familiar with local customs and prices. Hence the value of this site.
My experience in Buenos Aires was that I called a number of the websites and providers listed in the "Escort Websites" section. I speak enough Spanish to ask for services, prices and girl descriptions. I happen to think that the surest way to experience price inflation is to speak English when ordering service in a non-English speaking country. The lowest price quoted to me was 100 pesos per hour whilst the highest quoted was 300 pesos per hour. I ordered two girls in the 150 peso - 200 peso per hour range based on a number of factors of which price was only one.
I do not think it is fair to characterize this type of behavior as causing inflation for the guys who live in BA on a permanent basis. My only error- if you could call it that- was to accept a girl who was clearly not the same one as posted on a website. I could have sent her packing with 10 pesos for the taxi but it was my decision to keep her. And I certainly did not regret the experience or the decision.
Perhaps I should have haggled over price when I called the agencies but nowhere did I read that this was a common practice in BA.

Say you're a "Goober" Mickey Mouse (I'll use him for his "volume" chica use) You come for 5 days. You see 4 chicas per day. You are a goober and pay whatever the chica asks.
First day, you pay the $200 pesos for each chica. 800 pesos or at *least* 200 pesos more than you should.
Second day, all the chicas from the previous day have talked to the LCN and told them you're a sucker. So then, all the girls pretend they work at Madahos and want 300 pesos. Being the doe eyed mark that "Goober" is, he pays it. So you've now payed 600 peso at least over the norm for today. 800 pesos down the tube total.
Now Goober is starting to run low on funds and has to get a cash advance. A few of the chicas bring up the dreaded "S" word, but luckily you were low on cash, and got out of it.
Goober decides that 300 is the most he'll pay, which while the chicas complain that their rent is due, and ask for 50 pesos for the taxi ("Mi amor, es muy lejo por mi casa") you buckle down and only give her 30 pesos. So the third day is coming in at 1320 pesos. Just 720 pesos over the average, and 1520 pesos over the max you should have paid.
Just add the same in over the next two days, and say two of the chicas got you go "shopping" and that costs you another 600 pesos. Add the two more days of 720 pesos overpayment each, and for 5 days, you've crapped away about 3500 pesos. This is just the amount you overpayed. Just slightly more than a precious drink.
This all comes down to proving accurate information. As it has been displayed in living color here, there is serious price creep going on. $20 today is $50 tomorrow and $100 next month. If you wish to pay as much as you want, please go somewhere else.

Posts: 488It IS worth getting pissy about!
Hey guys.
It is redundent to have to say this again, but apparently I do!
I know that to a visitor the difference of 15 or 20 dollars seems like a small price to pay, but to those of us who live here it is VERY significant. If you remember Chicaland Law #7 (http://www.argentinaprivate.com/foru...71&postcount=5) that becomes her new price.
For those visiting here, this represents mearly a few hundred dollars in the cost of your trip, but to us who want to do this every day it raises our annual pussy expenses by thousands, or even tens of thousands of pesos (365x$50=$18,250)
The obligation you visitors have to us, and especially to Jackson, is to not use the information you are obtaining here and reward us by pissing in our pond!
And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, you need to remember that women, especially Latin women, DO NOT RESPECT a man who lets them push him around. You will NOT get a better session because you overpaid, and may very likely get an inferior one. DON'T BE A CHUMP!
That being said, this IS the photo section, so here's one!

50 pesos is one highball at my favorite bar in Chicago. It's 1/70th of the cost of your plane ticket to Buenos Aires from the States. It's 2 hours in your four-star Argentine hotel.
It's not worth getting pissy about, that's for sure.

Cat it's not a U$S20.00 spread it's a 50 peso spread. Anything produced and consumed in Argentina must be evaluated in Pesos, with a Peso having close to the spending power of a Dollar in the States. This casual disregard for the value of a Peso I think is one of the larger forces driving inflation for tourists. 50 pesos is two weeks groceries bro. You may not think it's much now but when you return in a year or two and that same girl is 300 Pesos and a really hot one is 500 then you will feel the pain.

I congratulate you on taking pictures. Most people don't, so it's very nice to have such details. I can tell you that if you pay a chica 200 pesos once, that then becomes the minimum pricing. Try giving 150 pesos to a girl that charges 200 pesos, and you're apt to have problems. When members post a detailed report, with all the pertinent info it really helps everyone.

Jaimito,
Is it so important for you to know whether the gig cost 150 peso or 200 pesos? You call enough of these agencies in BA and you realize that the going rate is in the 150-200 pesos per hour range (Around 50-70 USD) Is a 20USD spread such a big deal that it merits this kind of derogatory response? I can only imagine what you ended up with for 50 pesos per hour but each to his own.
Regarding the website, Jackson has been kind enough to provide us with a long list of Argentinian websites. Too many for me to relocate the ad in question without reviewing each one. That is a little too much effort but if I come across the ad / site again I will certainly post the information as a courtesy to my fellow members. Suffice for now to say that it was NOT one of the member recommended sites.
The lesson learned, of course, is that any site that posts photos of Playboy class girls should be approached with caution, especially when the quoted rate is low. Common sense really but a lesson that cost me 150-200 pesos to re-learn.
