DonRoberto, There some Asian places in BA will do your deed, but they are way out of China town area, it will take you about 30 min taxi ride to get there. Those places will provide Suna, body scrub, and oil massage, and all-you-can-eat buffet. If you want to have a girl to serve you, she will wash you with her body, and perform full service, however the price will go higher, around 300~350 pesos.

If your downtown go to the train station and take the tigre train. Get off at the Belgrano stop, (second stop from Ritero) Chinatown starts right there, 50 centavos each direction. Much faster than the taxi during rush hour and the train had A / C.
