6 Hours Between EZE and AEP

A few months from now, I'll be arriving at EZE in the morning and then will have to transfer to AEP for an afternoon flight to Cordoba 6 hours later.

The question is: Is it realistic to use that time to pay a visit to a Buenos Aires cutie and still make my late afternoon flight? If so, how? Hire a remise?

This is my first day on this board, so I've got my work cut out for me to read the recommendations posted by other members, but if somebody would like to take pity on me and tell me who they recommend for a 100% approval rating for this kind of drive-by whacking, I'd be appreciative.
