Let me just add that when it's rainy and cold here, it's pretty miserable, especially if you're coming from the North American / European summer. If you're not used to it, take a few days to adjust to the climate and the late-night lifestyle. I didn't and ended up being sick for more than a week.

The weather here in July is typically a few days of crispy but nice sunny days with temps in the 60-70 f., followed by a day or two of increasing cold (35-45F.) Then some rain (possibly chilly) and restart the cycle.

With good luck you'll get mostly lovely sunny days, with bad luck rainy and cold.

August is the same, and in September it starts to get better.
