Yes she will always have condoms with her. But remember Tarzan, that the girls you see on the internet are almost all girls who work for privados (mini brothels) The internet is just another advertising medium like putting an ad in the local newspaper. If you phone and ask the girl to come to your hotel, the privado will probably charge you much more 250-400 pesos + taxi for a 100-200 peso girl. When she gets to your hotel you may find she looks much worse then her internet photos, or she might even be a different girl. Then she is in your hotel room and you have a problem. Do you pay her off or what?

There are independents but not many. You may be lucky. You may not. Never book a girl for more than an hour if you have not seen her before. And last but not least, read the board.

As mentioned I believe it is only the two of them working there. I think it was was 200ars which was what most of the girls working alone were getting.
