Definitely be wary. Even back home I don't do deals on CraigsList if it's not in person. I'm meeting up with one of the posters to see about renting his apartment. It's a good option if you are already in town.

It's ok, but beware of the scams. Recently they've also posted my apartments without authorization, so I had to write administrators in oder to remove posts. No transaction outside of www.barts.com.ar is valid for rent our premier apartments.
