You need the mode chip to play the fake games and also movie, here in Buenos Aires the real games cost too much and real games are hard to find.

And they also make mode chips for xbox but are hard to find. I had a chip put in for my ps2 and it works fine and I can play any games and watch any movie from any zone.

Games are not cheap here, about same prices as USA (40 -50 bucks) Unless you are talking used. I have xbox here which is almost impossible to buy because Microsoft doesn't support Arg!

This is what you need to do: Bring your ps2 from the states and buy a modechip from ebay argentina or any gamestore, I think the chips are 150pesos and games are very cheap, no more than 15pesos, ps2 here in Buenos Aires go for 1200 pesos,.
