My solution, which may work for a few others, is Google Notebook. http://www.google.com/googlenotebook/faq.html You need a gmail account to use it, but these accounts are free. (I believe Microsoft has or had a similar product called OneNote, but I've never tried it.

I'll try to offer something for the Noobs, like myself, rather than simply taking. As a Newbie, my problem with the board was that there is a ton of useful information, but it is hard to organize it all in a way that is easily accessible. And, if you don't organize it, you may never find it again. You could bookmark everything you find useful, but that's a bit clunky and you can only bookmark pages rather than specific useful posts. You could write it all down, but that takes too long and there are no photos.

My solution, which may work for a few others, is Google Notebook. http://www.google.com/googlenotebook/faq.html You need a gmail account to use it, but these accounts are free. (I believe Microsoft has or had a similar product called OneNote, but I've never tried it.

With Google Notebook, if you find something useful, you just add it to the notebook. If you like someone's review, you just highlight it in your browser, right-click and say "Add to Google Notebook." There's also a browser extension that allows a Google Notebook link to be instantly hyperlinked at the bottom of a Firefox browser. You can have separate "labels" (like a page) for each chica in which you might be interested. You can go to the escort website and include one or more pictures of each chica. Just right-click on the picture and click "Add to Notebook." Cut and paste all the reviews on each chica that might be useful. This is very easy to do. Add your own notes on pricing, phone numbers, personal experiences, etc. At the end of the day, you end up with an online notebook organized around each chica, or boliche, hotel or apartment you might be interested in. The original hyperlinks are still there in case you want to go back to the original webpage. Finally, if one monger wants to share his notes with another, that's also very easy. You just click "Sharing Options" and type in his e-mail address.

This may not be the solution for everyone, but it may work for some. It helped me organize a wealth of information on this site without having to pester everyone with questions or re-trace steps to find lost information.

You can't stop the old man rage in the forum anymore than you can stop the newbie questions. I don't get much use out of this board anymore. I say this because I am an old hand in Buenos Aires, and I know most of the naughty things to do. I hang out here strictly for amusement, not for the information I get.

What I've noticed is that many more people are "takers" rather than "givers." That is, I regularly see people with no posts to their credit asking questions - sometimes very basic ones - but it is a rare thing for me to see a new poster offer up information.

It gets tiring, honestly, repeating the same answers to the same questions. Some old hands are less patient than me. It is a rare day indeed when I see some new, useful info posted here. More often, it is SS, DD. Some of the recurring themes:

* Where can I find the best girl who deepthroats / does anal / for a three day trip to the beach?

* Every so often somebody storms off in a snit. A while back it was Dickhead. Not long ago it was Badboy13. More recently it was Member #3314.

* Sometimes, posters jump all over somebody for "overpaying" for pussy. Usually, this is accompanied by dire warnings that these foolish spendthrifts are spoiling mongering for all the cool guys who like to prove their sexual superiority by paying 30 pesos for sex with a 40 year old Bolivian peasant woman with a face like a mule.

* Occasionally you'll see some pissing and moaning about some chica not doing services for some clients, but will do for others.

I'd like to see what other "been there / done that" themes that other posters have read over the months and years.

(One thing that has thankfully been pretty absent of late are real flaming insult contests. The board is quite placid nowadays.)

So having walked the gauntlet of newbiedom, and watching with amusement as each newbie asks the same questions, and getting ridiculed by the monger vets, seems like its time for a new discussion thread.

SO here is the thought. Open a new thread called Newbie free zone. Newbies can ask any question they want without fear of being flamed, but only in this thread. If they venture out into a thread and begin to ask questions that clearly show that they have done no research, no reading, no browsing, no searching. Then they are open fodder for all.

IN NFZ if anyone wants to answer, waste their time responding, or actually wanting to help someone this is the place to go for stupid questions. Otherwise its a free for all if they ask shit.

The idea of having a database seems logical, but the reality is always the same and I use AYI as the regular example. For a newbie in BA for the first time and for a short time. AYI seems like a great deal and a great fuck and will give her a great rating. For those that are regulars / expats / or degenerates who think AR30 is too much, then AYI, is a snobby, overpriced waste of time. So again you will be stuck with the same results as the reports. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Perhaps it might be useful to consider setting up some kind of chica database that one could search using various criteria and according to some kind of scoring system. It need not be as elaborate as TER or Big Perrito, but it certainly would be helpful.

I completely agree and I think its something that whould be very helpful for everyone, but especially newbies like me:-)
