The first time I remember something like this happening was over some photo that I posted in 2004 of a girl named Maia and another girl who went on to be famous named Vicky, aka Cari, aka Romia Ryan, and who knows what other names. That incident and others eventually led to the creation of the "Private Photo Gallery"

As I remember the guy that exposed the photos of those chicas was an argentine member and a good friend of an argentine senior member who is a friend of Jackson's (a friend of a friend kind of thing) and I don't believe he was ever banned, I think I still have the emails Jackson sent me explaining that situation and explaining why he didn't want to ban the guy. I understood and agreed with Jackson not banning this guy, and that we needed to find a way to protect our photos, hence the "Private Photo Gallery".

The only times I remember anyone being banned over photos was when they exposed chicas to photos in the "Private Photo Gallery" I don 't remember anyone being banned over photos posted in the open forum, they may have but I don 't remember it.

When another member wanted some photos deleted they were instead moved to the "Private Photo Gallery", I wonder why these photos were deleted and not moved.

Go ahead if you wish and ban Ana who hasn 't had a post in a year, I'm sure it will be a devastating blow and she will aimlessly wonder the streets of Buenos Aires in shame with her head shaved and a big "be" tattooed on her forehead.

I deleted the photos that were the subject of the controversy because I know who the chick is and I decided to do her a favor.

However, a more important issue for me was the positive identification of the Forum Traitor who advised this chica that her photos were on the forum, and in fact deliberately showed the photos to the chica.

The Forum Traitor is no less than our own beloved Ana Luna.

This begs the question: Should Ana Luna be banned from the forum like every other Forum Traitor in the past?

MCSE has a rather "Tacky" way of marketing his apartments, (My opinion only) by raising the rent slightly and throwing in a Chica. Anything anyone could do to undermine MCSE's apartment renting business, such as even the mention of being a sex tourist would naturally point business in the other direction.
