I believe there are two entradas to 'bond street' --one on R. Pena as noted below and the other on Sante Fe.

Hey, Their is a place called Bonds Street. It is a mall stocked full of Tattoo shops, sKate shops and such. It is on Ave Sante Fe like a couple blockks from Ave Callao. If you need a tattoo go here and search the shops. We talked about it on this board once and a member also posted a guy that does great work, so search the board. I got a Tattoo at a place in Bonds Street and the work was great especially since the price was in Pesos not Dollars

I would think those places are pretty safe and good, that is at least what I have heard. Some seem professional.

While I can't give a specific, the street Rodriguez Pena between Santa Fe and Marcelo T de Avelar has a number of parlors esp in the side malls. If you don't get a specific reco do some window shopping here.
