    Rip off city

Classic Argentine place to rip off gringos. T shirts starting at over 50 us. Outrageous taxi rates, and way over priced scrappy local beers, food and hotels. Too many Asians allows this bogus strip mall to cheat tourists.

No chicas. Taxi told me an address straight down from the stand which did not exist. Plus drivers are scared about getting arrested.

The only reason for this town is the close access to incredible glaciers. It's also possible to do mini trekking on the glacier.

    Cabaret Gran Judas

I found the place, in Av 25 de Mayo, about 30 metres closer to the centre of town from Gob Moyano. The number would be about 170. Went there on both Friday and Saturday nights about 12.15am and it was locked up and deserted. There was a big festival in town celebrating 130 yrs since the founding of the town which went all weekend. I don't know if that affected the opening of the cabaret.

The official tourism site for El Calafate puts the address for the club as Gob Moyano 1070, which is part of a big hotel complex (no numbers, but I found house numbers on both sides)

I put together a photo show of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Turn on your speakers.

In El Calafate it was quite hard to find any good mongering action, but bwhen speking to some locals they showed me to El Gran Judas.

It was the best that I could find there.

The scene there was some fifteen girls that most seemed quite nice and sexy to me. You enter through the door into a bar area with alot of chicas waiting and of course its not too well lit, the lights are dim so in my opinion as I'm quite horny, there is a lot of attractive girls.

I went for a beer, paid 10 pesos started drinking it and sat down watching the action. A morocha quite tall walks up to me and I agree to buy her a girls drink, 40 pesos.

Her "name " is Bianca from Paraguay nice big natural tits and a very nice body. We move on to the sofas next to the scene (yes there is a dancing scene with poles but they are never in use) and we start making out, excellent I am truly amazed she was so very sexy and kissing was good, tits, ass, fondling, carresing for half an hour. And not asking for extra drinks.

    She then presented the menu: 150 p /15 min, 250p / 30 min, 300p / hour.

I decided for an hour and on we went to some quite nice room in the back so no hassle with bringing the girl to a hotel with families or finding another place. Truly great and satisfying sex, some of the best I had.

I speak spanish so comunication was not a problem, but most of the girls there don't speak so good english.

I went back several night and I couldnt stay away from Bianca, and it got actually better every time.

Prices copared to buenos aires are higher in El Calafate but compared to what one can spend on mongering there if was quite OK.

    Caberet El Gran Judas

It is on the corner of 25 de Mayo and G'dor Moyano. There is not a number on the door, but most likely is 25 de Mayo 172. It is open from Midnight to 6am. Too late for me. Here is a photo so you can not miss it.

The Taxi's and Remisse's use the same stands.

There also is a meat problem here.

There is also a Casino, but they want 5p to get in at night and 2p in the day. Sure I am going to pay to get in to lose my money. It is on Libertador the main street.

Taxis are not that easy to find since they are not marked. I used El Condor Remis Services for my transportation needs. Drivers were pretty reliable and knowledgeable.

    Saturday Night

I was wrong there are street signs, but not on the corner of Libertador and 25th de Mayo. The street is only five blocks long. I walked it last night at around 9:30 and did not see anything. The last two days I had early morning tours and could not stay up late to check any further. Maybe tonight, but it is Sunday, and we know what happens on Sunday. Nothing.

    Sex in El Calafate

Tonight it was a beautiful sunset down here.

The Mozo at the restaurant said yes there are chicas on 25th de Mayo. He mentioned something about the Taxis know where. A problem, there are no street signs. you will need a good map.

I will find out tomorrow night. Too tired from dancing the Tango with Ramiro's girlfriend last night. But of course I stepped on her toes.

Now I need to find a teacher.

I am at the Hostal Austral. I am looking at owner's blond wife or daughter, she sure looks nice.

    El Calafate

Just got back from a 4 day trip to El Calafate. It was a welcome break from the hot and humid summer of Buenos Aires. The centro is compact and you will get around on foot. However, going to the sites like Perito Moreno Glacier and the boat cruise departing from Puerto Banda, you need to take a bus or a remis. I contracted a remisero to handle all our transportation needs to and from the centro. I asked him for some advice regarding mongering. He brought me to a boliche located in Gob. Moyano close to the bridge. Unfortunately it was close although it was already 10 in the evening.

Another tip, on a trip to a local grocery I ended up carrying all the stuff I purchased since no plastic bag was provided by the check out lady. Be prepared to bring your own shopping bag. If anybody needs a reliable remis while in El Calafate feel free to pm me and I will give you the details.
