I'll still go with Buenos Aires for museums, quality restaurants, wine, culture, parks, architecture, etc. I agree that the chicas may on balance be a bit more super-friendly in Brazil, but they are pretty darn good in Buenos Aires.

As to pricing, I have heard Brazil is more expensive given strong Real. What are typical SP prices?

At a club named Café Photo (which is like Black in BA) the price is the same. At Black they were asking 800p and in Café Photo they ask 500R. Mid level clubs like Bomboa they ask 300R and Maldhos 600p. Private apt range from 120R to 250. Indy's are the best. I hit Brasil's biggest porn star for 300R which is what playboy girls charge too.

I've been to Sao Paulo 5 times and BsAs once this month and the main difference I find is that Brasilian seem to be better companions. Price is about the same depending on what club or private apt you go to. Indy's are the same price it seems. I've never been to Rio but it suppose to be cheaper there than Sao Paulo. Only tie breaker between the two to me is that AR has way better steaks lol.
