    As you may know, or not, Argentina's procedures are based in the legislation rather than the common law (also known as jurisprudence) but the jurisprudence it's also important, this case it's about considering "not guilty" a person for having 75 grams of marijuana for "personal use" (2 grams it's the limit) http://www.lanacion.com.ar/nota.asp?nota_id=1102542

    It would be very interesting to see if some prohibited drugs become legal in the AR territory.
