It's everywhere you want to be!
Never seen it offered in BA, but I've been given the option of paying by cretit card, and taken them up on it, in at least a couple of places in Bangkok and Amsterdam, in years past. I can't remember exactly how the charges came through, but I'm sure they were pretty harmless and generic looking.

Although I would trust you with my credit card, I don't think that most mongers would trust most privados with their credit cards.

Privado Credit?
Has anyone ever been to a Privado that accepts credit cards?
Would you use your credit card at a Privado?
I would if it was'nt mine!
Seriously, if the charge comes back as a restaurant or something like that it would be o. K.
If it comes back like ¨TL's Butt-Hutt ¨ it would be a different story!
