I'm planning to be in Argentina over Christmas and New years. I'd appreciate info on the weather in BA as well as north and South parts of the country. Also, Does BA close down around the holidays like some other Catholic countries?

Hot, humid amd miserable! Not a single breeze! 32 to 38 degrees. CELSIUS!
