I spent a few hours with the owner at the unit on Monday afternoon and the place is very nice and could be an ideal little hide-away for AP members.

The unit is in the penthouse or top floor of the building so it is naturally secluded.

The only access to the Twin Towers is through the penthouse.

EVERY chica in BA will want you to fuck her in the towers!

It just does that to women! The Towers have that power!

A (24) hour doorman / guard must be bypassed to reach the elevator.

So what do we do next?

It's not a huge unit that can be a nightclub but it can be a private, little lounge with Chicas for our own personal use.

The condition is excellent, the views are 360 degrees. Killer views of the Puerto Madero, San Telmo, Florida Street neighborhoods. You can see Uruguay on a clear night.

Now, Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

I mean who wants to invest in the purchase of the penthouse. Not the business.

It will take a few years for the millionaire part!

Or memberships. But that is secondary?

This is a once in your lifetime opportunity.

Sound like a plan. My initial comment is count me in. Just a thought though.

I remember passing by a street scene where some cops were talking to a man outside a building on a side street in one of the neighborhoods. The cabbie who was in the know said the cops were coming by the brothel for their monthly shakedown / payout.

I wonder once some of the female board readers get wind of this or how the chicas spread the word of an gringo oasis, how long before there would be a knock on the door. For me I always remember BA is an AWAY game. Not trying to be negative or rain on your parade. Be there in July. Keep us posted.

The place is the ¨Penthouse ¨ or top floor of the building and there are NO neighbors in the rest of the building. (unbelievable building!)

Located far enough from either building to the right or to the left of it.

Noise will not be a problem and neither will there be a problem from complaining neighbors.

There is a doorman (24) hours a day in the lobby.

It is a very safe location.

I will appoint someone like Jackson to handle the fees until the deal can be completed.

Anyway, I was thinking that we can also offer a type of membership that is called ¨Life-Plus.¨

The ¨Life-Plus¨membership will entitle the member to stay in the place while he is in BA as if it's a hotel or private apartment for a total cost of ZERO per day.

I would jump on this deal because you will save tons of cash on your hotel / apartment rental while your in town.

This alone would pay for the Life-Plus membership in very little time.

Of course these would have to be very limited. Part-time room-mates!

Yes dear I'll be staying at the brothel while I'm in BA so I will be completely fucked-out when I return!

Also, ALL memberships can be upgraded and they can also be sold to other members on this site.

Jackson will receive an honorary membership .
