The best ice cream I found was at VOLTA.
Santa Fe 1800 +/- along with other locations.

Nice place to go for coffee or something light. Their Ice cream is sub par in my opinion. They use too much sugar.

Victoria Cream
On the corner of Las Heras and Aguero, along with several other locations.
Coffee, 60 different flavors of ice cream, cakes, pies, fancy desserts.
All reasonably priced, good service, 6am-2am?
They have a good selection of NON- DULCE DE LECHE treats!
Their black forest [selva negra] cake is great, but pass on the cheesecake unless you like the soft type.
