Halloween in BA

Were these costume parties held on Halloween or just throughout the year? I'm asking only because I'm going to be in BA this year on Halloween and was wondering if I should bring a costume with me.

Question for the expats. What's the Halloween scene like in BA? Do people dress up as much as they do in the US or is it not really a dress up day? Do the Argie girls typically try and dress in skimpy outfits like American girls do?

Unfortunately Halloween has not caught on here yet like back home but it is starting to get better!

I have thrown (3) or (4) costume parties here in BA. All except for one were successful.

I went to one about (1) month ago and there is a costume party in about a week here on a huge Catamaran.

It's getting better!

The girls wear the same stuff!

Titty dancers!

Nurses!

Cops!

The last one was with (18) year old girls but the one before was (18) to.
