I am a first time visitor to Buenos Aires and want to know where the best views of the city are- like say a rooftop bar, etc. Thanks

One of the most famous buildings in the city has a spectacular view from the terrace, Palacio Barolo on AV de Mayo.$) Here's the site www.pbarolo.com.ar
It's one of those 'must dos' and lots of other interesting things to see in the area, and reasonable close to Cafe Tortoni.
