I am surprised that no one else has responded. I might be interested in being part of the audience for number 2. I don't have any recommendations but you can find male / female couples on Gemidos. Maybe some other sites too but I don't recall seeing any on any sites other than Gemidos.

You might also try PMing Evasonline and / or TejanoLibre. They might know of couples who would put on a show.
