    This is a parrilla Uruguay.

True uruguayan dishes include pamplonas (a roastbeef type meat rolled up and stuffed with ham, tomato, and provalone) then smoked over a wood grille.

    They also serve chivitas! (goat)

Average prices, good size portions and great quality meats
Not so sure about the goat. Chivitos are a Uruguayo specialty which consists of a toasted hamburger bun, thin sliced fillet steak (lomo) sliced ham cocido, mayo, sliced tomato and usually served with french fries or a salad mixta. Delicious. There are a few variations such as 'canadaniese" If and when goat is offered in Buenos Aires, it is always as 'chivito a la parilla / horno'. Uruguayos usually go for cordero (lamb)

    Suerte.
