A non member tourist went into this place. He had drinks for himself only.

I believe he sat down order a drink and 2 chicas sat on either side of him and drinks where bought for him and the chicas.

He went to pay his bill and the bartender said he owed 350p. He said no, he just ordered his drink not anyone elses. He put money on the bar for his drink and started to walk out, two or three guys grab him, wrestled him to the ground and took his wallet out.

They took US$300.

Use common sense here. Of course some individuals may enjoy themselves in an out-of-control ripoff joint. They may not know better, they may not have been targeted for a ripoff, or they might not even care if they're being taken to the cleaners, so long as they enjoy themselves.

On the other hand, bad experiences are also certainly possible even in places that are "Argentina Private Certified". It all depends on the individual, his tastes, his characteristics, and his behavior.

OMG is reporting what he has seen, but the prior incident involving Rouge/Hellas joint management was not the kind of thing that could occur very often without serious police intervetion. That OMG did not see them in 'tough' mode during three visits is not proof that there is 'no problema' with Rouge and Hellas.

Its not the 70 pesos to 120 pesos switch I am concerned about. That is annoying. What is more serious is the beating incident prior described in the Rouge thread.

Because he (OMG) has had no problems means nothing. Two sharp guys were seriously attacked there and OMG wonders why because he has had no problems. Apparently some people are so stupid they cannot learn from others experience. All these joints are potentially bad, some are much worse than others and it is the purpose of this board to try to help people with info in this regard. This is one of those places.

I've been treated quite well at the club. Not on the avoid list for me.

There is pressure to buy drinks for the girls. But take your time. Make sure you like them before.

Its a recoleta club so the prices are in line with the other clubs in recoleta.

I'm wondering what the guys did to get beat up. Don't see a problem there.

Its pretty clear, how all those clubs work in that area.

There are some nice girls there. Not as many as the other clubs, but you can find like 15-20. Enjoy.

I think that OMG and OutforFlesh are both completely missing the point. The argument over whether the place is overpriced or not is secondary at best. This place is managed by a guy who has directly and physically participated in the detention and physical beating of at least two well known contributors to this forum, after refusing their requests to bring the police in to get the situation under control. Get it? AVOID.

However, I had a nice time, there were 20+ girls and hmm me.

Anyways. Believe me I didnt buy them a drink until I was sure which girl it was going to be if any.

1 Hour is 300 pesos. Like at most of the clubs. I tried to negocitate but to avail. Its was my first real nite at a club. And I would give it a above average experience.

Entrance is 40 Pesos. It includded o drinks for me. I had Baileys, and a champagne. So not to bad.

I don't mind spending the 70 and the 40. As long as I have a great time with good company. For me it paid off. I will add posts this week. For other clubs.

70 pesos a drink is more than outrageous. 300 pesos a chick is not less outrageous. 40 pesos entrance is, for me, a sign that I should turn around and go fishing somewhere else.

You are of course free to do whatever you want with your money. But you can definitely get value for less money. Hope you find out in other clubs!

Unfortunately didn't read this one in time and went to Hella's last night. The barkeeper told me that one 'trago' of 70 Pesos is needed for the girl before I walk with her. When I ordered the check, they suddently charged 120Pesos! I told them I would either pay them 70 and take the girl, or pay 120 and walk away. After I paid 120 and left, the owner (or manager) followed me outside, apologized and gave me the money back, saying it was a misunderstanding. I took the girl, brought her down from 300Pesos to 200 for one hour, but after the first round she didn't want to go on and was referring to the special price she made. I can only reiterate what everyone else is saying – A V O I D.

They lied to me and I had to paid the drink for a dancer. And after the show they told me she DOES NOT have sex whit clients.
