Privados: Palermo / Recoleta good areas?

you will note that most are downtown. IMHO you would do best by staying in Microcentro. I used to stay in Recoleta, but now stay in el Centro.

I just read a lot of the privados lists / maps / reviews, but they seem to be so many! I'll be arriving in BA around 9pm so was looking for a location with some privados at walkable distance. Are Palermo and Recoleta good location?

Any privado not to miss in those barrios?

I speak spanish so no problem in moving around on my own, as long as the area is safe! .
