Terrible Fiesta. October
The Terrible Fiesta I and other AP monger went to tonight was terribe. And not in the good argentine spanish way but english terrible, sucked, etc.
It was worth going. Had wanted to see it, and now I have. Having said that, not worth a repeat. Bought VIP tickets because we assumed at minimum this would provide better access and working girls visiting the TP would at least logically conclude guys in that section may be slightly more likely to be good expansions to their client base.
Wrong on all counts. The main benefit is it does allow you to sit versus stand with the horde on the main floor mingling around. Ironically though, the front of that pack has a better view of the stripper stage, and contrary to what I and other monger assumed, the vast majority of visiting chicas ignored us. Some seemed like off street girls coming in for the free pizza and free entry for any girl. And some actual known working girls from various sites. And some in a totally third niche of what seemed to be hostess girls wearing party hats that mingled with the crowd.
The commonality of all types thought was simply:
A) even when we made strong eye contact and smiles, blazing big bonfire signals in any club this board goes into, the chicks made no approaches.
B) very few chicas came into the VIP section, and when they did, ignored us and signals; bizarre but I suppose logic doesn't have to make sense in Argentina.
C) even the known working girls, with current ads up on BG and other sites, would not stop and say Hello, my name is, etc when I smiled, signaled, and said hola.
In short. While we were still in buenos aires, we had crossed some dimensional barrier to temporarily be standing in some incredibly bad stripper club in North America where guys aren't actively chased by the chicas to get their business
There was a couple feature dancers, and 6 bar top dancers occasionally dancing on various bar tops or mini stages. One was pretty interesting and would have loved to get her number but they always stayed well away from crowd contact and when resting always sat in a reserved section only the staff or photographers went into.
Sad to say, but the most all in combined attractive, pleasant, got to talk / get acquainted chica there was our waitress.
Enumerated negatives:
1. Not even the known working girls was circulating around to try and increase their customer base. Just standing there or ignoring blatant come on signals.
2. All the other type of chicks there excluding known working girls acted the same, and VIP tickets meant nothing.
3. There was a bare few chicks who did seem like they were trying to score some kind of transaction and we did see exactly 1 guy leave with a chic but that was the bare exception, not the norm. Unfortunately, the few chicas trying were at best slightly sub-avg or worse.
4. Very dark and obscured.
Glad I got the curiosity factor out of the way, but overall. Doesn't seem like anything much than a poor version of a strip show with no pro chica networking, and VIP tickets ironically mean less contact than the little there is. Not worth a repeat.
