There must be a catch somewhere. Maybe only on weekdays (20 per month) for 30 minutes with an unattractive lady.

Went by there today to check it out :

$1000. 00 pesos a month gets you 1 hour massage per day for 30 or 31 days. That's a deal! Or 28 or 29 I guess.

However, it's in a Galeria behind a curtain with 1 of 3 girls; the girl that I spoke to is a young and attractive girl. She stated that it's a deep tissue massage and I did not ask her anything else.

Big outlay of cash if buying the place. I was going to look at a 4 bedroom. 132m2 place, on 25 de mayo 700, $200k USD. I'd imagine something like the AP house would be a hell of a lot more.
