Reporting contact with an international fugitive in BA?

Does anyone know how to contact the appropriate Argentine authorities that they may have had contact with or might know the whereabouts of an indicted international fugitive in Buenos Aires?

I received emails of concern from mongers. This is the last board/forum to ask any serious question.

Guys, does anybody has a sense of humor on this board? Seriously? Do we need to talk only about US politics, Argentina bashing and chicas all the time. How about some humorous posts? This was supposed to be one!
