It is the best place in town on a Sunday in my opinion, I arrive around noon which is a little early. I wait ten minutes before seeing the lineup. I choose Ximena. Nice girl. Excellent BBBJ. In the evening, I had the pleasure to meet and BS with Daddy Rulz while watching the movie 'Footloose'. I realize Kevin Bacon used a double in the barn dance scene.

Stranger came around and announced that he was meeting Rocky2 for a drink. I said I would go out for a drink even though Daddy Ruiz pointed out I was fading in and out in my conversation with him. It was a long airplane ride the night before.

Stranger and I reached the bar at the appointed time and Rocky2 had not arrived. I said I bet the chica was running late. 30 seconds later Rocky2 texts Stranger saying chica running late. I am not a chica expert but I have learned some things.

Stranger runs on a schedule and it was time to go to Newport. Stranger is in his element but I, first night in, am not quite mentally prepared for Newport. With three guys in the bar, I feel like I am the hunted instead of the hunter. Rocky2 shows up with a great looking chica. We finish drinks. Rocky2 heads off for dinner. Stranger and I head for Hook.

Alas it is 'B' team night on Saturday at Hook. I do not see anyone I remember from May trip. We finish our drinks quickly. I decide to call it and go back to the casa for some sleep. Stranger returns to Newport to further his legend.

Saturday afternoon is not a great time to monger. No one answered the telephone at the first 4 or 5 places I called. They were listed as open on the websites. I know it is better not to arrive on Saturday in BA but it is my usual modus operandi.

Where Paloma is on my Opportunity list. The address is Corrientes 1373 Piso 2. Rather than sticking with Paloma I asked to see the lineup. I left LAX on a Friday. I has signed up for Trusted Traveler but there I was at the airport taking my shoes and belt off. Maybe it was because I signed up after I bought the ticket. Something to figure out.

While I was in the air Petraeus resigned and Mike Brown was fired. Damn.

Immigration was smooth. I was slightly worried because passport was new and the Argentinian visa was in the old passport. No problems at all though,

I took Taxi Ezeia from the airport for 220 pesos. Check in at the apartment was exceptionally efficient.

Took the Green Line subte to Callao and refilled by cellphone with minutes at the phone place on Callao and Cordoba. Phone had been on hold since May but there was no problem re-establishing my number with Movistar. Took the Green Line to Scalabrini Ortiz and exchanged $1000 for 6100P at Cervino. I asked for 6. 2P but young guy said price was the same for everyone. On the way back I stopped at Disco on Viamonte and bought a few supplies. Basically I went to all places I knew even if they were not the nearest ones.

Chores done and a man's mind turns to chicas.
