There are a few considerations here. Basically, I look at it as a "therapy hour" of fifty minutes. The reality is that they are scheduling hourly sessions every hour. I start my timer when the girl comes into the room. I think for most pv's it's ok that they expect you to be ready to walk out the door at 60 min.
