Could that headline be any more misleading? (For 'misleading' read 'a complete lie).

Did you read the story? They got all the medical care possible, including having their youngest daughter in Great Ormond Street Hospital. One of the best children's hospitals in the world, all free, on the NHS. They then raised funds (legally) to send her for 'experimental therapy' (probably something involving 'crystals' in Texas, which unsurprisingly, didn't work and the kid died. They then had a second daughter die from an infection after being treated, free, on the NHS.

After these events they started producing drugs. So the story bears no comparison whatsoever with Breaking Bad. And the implication that they turned to drug production to cover medical bills couldn't be further from the truth!

Having said that, the current government is actually doing its damnedest to destroy the NHS, so the advent of the clusterfcuk of private medicine that's the current norm in the US probably isn't that far off! .
