I am also a penny pincher. I get the elbow to palm all the time. Here is why I use Redhot.

In all my times with Redhot and TL I have only had one bad experience and this was immediately dealt with and corrected on the spot with a fair and equitable resolution.

So be cheap and take your chances or call Redhot get what you want, when you want, the way you want, with no drama and definitely clean environment without 3 dudes waiting to take your money and beat the shit out of you (another story at a cheaper apartment).
