    Bad Timing

There can be always problems with the cops. I had some hassle in 2011 after I left a very popular privado :

    http://www.argentinaprivate.com/foru...9-Larrea-1072-(aka-Cielo-Private)&p=419794#post419794.

By far not as bad as reported here , but for me a serious warning at that time.

    Hey Guacamole,

Thanks for posting your experience. Its an eye opener.

I think you did the right thing and if I may say..did not act "penny wise, pound foolish" by paying the change fees and going back home.

Who knows what may have been the repurcussions.

I stopped going to privados/chica homes about 1.5 years ago and I think I will stay away from them for some time now.

So, do you think I will be fine if I ever go back to Argentina? I honestly want to go back because I love Buenos Aires, the food, the people, all of it besides from the girls.

What do you know about this law they were enforcing in making the client a criminal and going to jail from 4 to 8 years? I believe its an issue in congress right now.

You seem to have some connections, how can I find out if there is any warrant to my passport number? Or anything against me?

Best regards, congrats on the forum!
I wouldn't be worried about coming back. However if it's an issue then I would suggest working through a lawyer.

I don't know the law you're talking about but it's going to be a tough sell since the supreme court has ruled several times on a broad range of issues that what consenting adults with to do in the privacy of their own home is between them and god and not the law. Perhaps this law is if you are knowingly fucking some chick who is in servitude. I'm not familiar with it bubba.

As they are both professional, over the age of consent, engaging in a business in which they got the proceeds from you committed no crime and have nothing to worry about. I am surprised they didn't let you go back and finish your business.

Bad timing is all that was. Scary as fuck obviously and you handled it perfectly, but nothing more than bad timing.

Thanks for sharing your horrible experience. It helps the rest of us keep alert and on our toes. As for future problems with the police? I would not worry about it Im sure the paper work is already lost. It takes a average of around ten years for cases to come to trial here and thats if they ever actually get that far. There is no working computer link between the police and the immigration authorities. Its often in the news how people wanted for murder or a convicted criminal with restraining orders are allowed to board a plane for a international flight. Keep in mind, one of Argentinas most used phrases "No pasa nada!" Unfortunately it is almost always true!

Never Had I gotten such a terrible experience like the one I had past Thursday.

It all started when I called Pili from Bairesgirls. I called her (im a native spanish speaker, so no problems with communication) and asked for half an hour. She said 600 pesos and gave me a 13:00 appointment.

She gave me an adress in parana 4 something in a building very close to corrientes.

I rang the bell at 13;00, she opened the door and she was beautiful, honestly one of the hottest girls I have ever seen. She was half naked so we started kissing right there. I thought we were alone (later on this subject) so we went to the room.

It was a nice room, air conditioning, all.

Well, we started with action, nice BJ, and within 10 minutes of starting (about 13:15) I heard the door bell ringing which was weird for me because I thought we were alone. I heard the door open and the girl didnt bother at all. We started fkn she was on top.

Whithin 2 minutes the door of the room opened abruptly and two guys were standing there using bullet proof vest and screamed: POLICIA FEDERAL ARGENTINA (argentine federal police). STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND GET DRESSED.

...I froze. Of course got dressed as fast as I could and stepped out of the room.

About 6 more people entered the room and told me to stand in one place. They said is an "allanamiento" in which I dont have a translation, is like tresspassing but in a legal way. They said they were looking for "trata crime" or slavery and underaged and drugs.

Of course, I was so nervous I said I would cooperate in everything.

So, they said: you are not from here, are you? Ok, lets call immigration.

Half an hour later which seemed like a a year to me, three more guys appeared and started questioning me about when I had entered Argentina, purpose of my visit, background and all. I must say that they were really polite. They checked all, took my declaration, had two witnesses sign a paper and left me there, with the police.

In the mean time, several psychologist and special teams of police interrogated the girls and searched the appartment for drugs. Fortunately nothing was found. The girls stated that they were working on their own and and no one forced them to be there. The psychologist stated that they were telling the truth. I was just standing there. One of the policeman told me "relax, you will be out, but you have to stay for the entire process to finish". I asked: Will you let me go? He answered, "well that depends on the judge, we will receive that call later on".

One more hour passed and I was about to die in anguish, and the a guy came to the room and said: "judge has called, he wants us to close the place with signs, thats all".

So half more hour with documents, made me sign a declaration stating i was a client, they took my passport number and put it in the document and thats it.

They closed the place and toldme " you can go, if needed we will reach you in your hotel".

I had 3 more days in argentina, had already booked with several hotites, but after this I packed my stuff and went to the airline, payed to change my flight for that day and prayed that in the final immigration at the airport that I wouldnt be retained.

I all went smoothly at the airport and I am now home.

To be honest I have no idea what will hapen after this, if I have permission to go back to argentina, If i would get and advisory for leaving the country or else. I think nothing will happen since they let me go that day but Im a bit scared about it.

Why did I leave this day? Because knowing how justice works in Latin america, the guys will take about 2 or 3 days to make a file and warrants.

What do you guys think about this experience?

I dont want to go back.. Well yes but I am still scared.

I apologize if in the wrong thread but I didnt know where to put it.
    Greetings and sincere condolences.

As I read your horrifying report I can only say that it clearly could have been me experiencing your heart failing incident. I have been with girls that I know as regulars but also go out of the zone to other locations.

This clearly sends a chill to what is happening in BA over the 15 years I have traveled there and hope don't know how any of us would ever know how to avoid this kind of situation.

I give you props for getting the heck out of there and I don't know if I would have been that smart. Who knows if the paper trail would have taken a day or two and you might have been part of the "Locked up Abroad" tv special.

Good reminder to all that it is always an away game when we visit their country.

Any thoughts from the seasoned veterans would be appreciated on how to avoid this situation for any of us.

Glad you are home and safe and thank you for posting this immediately.
