    "Peter" or "Pete´s Fine Meats"

I know that place for years and obviously it will be "re-animated"!

Hope to find the perfect steaks and smashed potatoes that we enjoyed in "Ramiros Parrilla" a time ago.

Maybe it takes a few weeks to make the place perfect, but I will give my hand(s) to help.

Will have lunch tomorrow as I had monday.

A small service, that Alberto and Ramiro are offering aside: if you reserve and ask them to have "your" personaly prefered wine in time...

...you will have it on your table.

    See you tomorrow!

Yes , the place belongs to Alberto.

    Peter's Grill.

Around the block from X , 100ft. From Hook and a block from 977 Marcelo T. De Alvear that reopened last night.

    The New Triangle.

He was the grill master at my restaurant for a long time and he has been here for a while by himself unfortunately.

I will be helping him to add a few American Style favorites to go along with some special Carne Argentina.

    I'm shooting for massive t-bones , bbq ribs , Tex-Mex and counting.

Remember that Rome was not built in 1 day and trying to change the way that Argentines eat or think when it comes to different food is not easy.

Working on setting up tables and chairs on the sidewalk and new signage and menus and everything.

    Anybody want to help?

    Mucho Trabajo and Poco Dinero.

I should have named it "Pete's Fine Meats.".

You can beat our prices but you can't beat our meats!

You probably can if you ask nicely.

    TL.

"Hey, we're all going to get laid!"

    Caddy Shack.
