I will be real interested to see what is said after someone makes a visit.

Playing the guessing game, if this place truly is in PM, it is probably on the city side of the canal taking advantage of someone loosing their office income in the old brick dock buildings. Puerto Madero has the highest cops / residence ratios in all Argentina so any hint of vice would surely be noticed. It is either condoned or it will be shut-down.

Next, most if not all the girls photos show up on many sites already. Not being a privado guy, I presume from posts the business model is ussually drop-ins and you choose from the available on site minas. From the reply Eddinger got, it looks like their business model is phone ahead at which point they would call your choice over to be ready.

You can invite to your appartment whoever you want, so if you make the arrangements by phone / email you can invite that person.

Many buildings in PM however are demanding your ID to register to enter the building but I am sure that can be taken care of with a small bribe for the portero

I visited Puerto Madero for the first time in Nov. 2003 and stayed at the beautiful Hilton for $112 a night. How sweet it was. Since that time I have stayed all over the city, Palermo, Las Canitas, Recoleta, and last trip in March I went back to my roots in a nice apartment facing the river by the 3m building. I love this location because in mid-day you can get excersise by walking / running to the microcenter and visiting many of the attractions. The neighborhood is safe and I find it the most tranquil part of BA.

I noticed many vacancies last time so it is not a surprise that there would be space. It just oocurs to me that while some of the buildings in microcenter or centro would allow this in a residential buiding I am surprised they were able to pull this off in a higher rent, touristy type neighborhood.

The lineup looks very nice so I am looking forward to seeing a post before I will there in August.
