BTW, I doubt the actual owners of these privados have a big say in how the day to day operations are run. My guess is the receptionist pretty much runs the privado however she wants.

You are right probably! However, I don't know whats the big deal in CIM! I specially dislike it when they spit it out! It spoils all the fun! As should have been clear from my previous post, I quite agree with you about CIM. Your point understood and very logical but this is not how the chicas think! If I say I will pay only for CIM she would give a a covered BJ and tell me to let her know when I am ready to come in mouth!
