I want to be able to use my Iphone in a wifi hotspot outside of my apartment for making calls with Skype. How popular are the hotspots around Recoleta Cemetery? Are there a couple of convenient popular spots I can use?

There's couple I see but pretty slow so don't use them. Not far from the cemetery though is patio Bullrich mall and they have free wifi that is pretty decent speed. I camp out for an afternoon coffee there because of the convenient wifi and comfy sofa chairs all around (2nd floor of PB mall near the food area end of wing)
