Im planning a mongering trip to CO this year. Heard good things. Any tips on any good places to hit are appreciated.

For hotels, I recommend "Hampton by Hilton" in Cartagena, Cali and Barranquilla.

Especially, the one in Cartagena & Cali has lobby on the 11th floor and one can enter from ground floor with a chica and go straight to the room.

In Barranquilla, you have to check in the girl. But hotel staff is non interfering and you can check in several girls one after another in one day with no questions asked or extra billing.

it's all about connections especially if you are not staying at the Mansion.

I never understood all this hullabaloo about staying in the mansion in MDE. And if you did not stay in the mansion, you are considered a out cast and the three owners of the mansion create trouble for you and you are not allowed to enter the mansion to come and meet people etc.

However, in BA - I feel a monger can arrive in BA and hit the ground running if one has read this forum.

I prefer to monger alone. I would not want to stay in the mansion and lick the nuts of the three owners of the mansion, to get laid. So I avoided going to MDE.

"Down here" means South America in general.. At the core of my extended journey, there was little difference between cities. Vitrea is correct.. The price in BA makes it all the better.. The gist of my point is that a lot of these girls aren't like Vegas spinners. Some will enjoy the attention. Many aren't on the clock. And most can be trusted.. In the US, you've always need to look over your shoulder.

For the most part, we all look for the best deal.. Clubs in Santiago or Lima or Sao Paulo can get very expensive.. In 2007 there was a $60 USD cover to enter some Night Club just off Providencia.. I walked on the price. But lucky for me, a kid approached me with a hustle and took me to a budget friendly privado.. In Chile they do have "cafes" which provide short-time workers for 15-minute sessions and up.. Its a big marketplace.. And prices vary according to your own bankroll..

In MDE I met a guy named Noah who sold guided tours to the sex and drug trade. I didn't buy his sales pitch because I enjoy the hunt. I never got along with him or the way he handled his business. With him, everybody's business was in the streets. And somewhere he crossed the wrong path.. And consequently was shot and killed at an outdoor café on Cra 69 in MDE.

I bring it up because one does not need to stomp their way through these people lives.. keep it for a while..

Excellent question and I was wondering who was going to ask me first. Ha ha.

It is not as simple for ME because I have other reasons to go to MDE. So personally and for me and for the longterm, it would be MDE. Paisas are warmer. I tend to fall in love and not just fuck.

But if I was just a tourist monger, it would have to be BA, hands down . If the blue peso is gone and the exchange is back to 8.5 pesos and the inflation says the same, both cities even out.

As I told my friends in MDE, "my heart is in Medellin but I don't mind parking my dick in BA for a while".

I have not been to MDE, though I've done my research and will probably get there in the next year or two. I've had very good experiences with Paisas in other countries, but a number of things I've read about Medellin has cast some doubt. The main theme I've seen is people say it's just harder to navigate, that it's all about connections especially if you are not staying at the Mansion. I don't mind putting in the work to get up to speed, but not yet. Aside from the huge number of easily accessible venues in BA, other factors were cost, safety, quality of the city, nightlife and restaurants. The Paisas I've met were hotter on average than the average in BA, but the selection is so abundant in BA that I usually have no problem finding hotties or very attractive chicas. The BA chicas have a more European / American look than the distinct Colombiana look, and are less likely to have silicone (for me, both favoring BA chicas). I also got the sense that the Medellin scene has shifted somewhat in the direction of hardened pros because of all the gringo tourism. Frankly the comparison was not even close, I love BA for many reasons and I feel grounded when I am there. I have travelled to many countries as well, but no place keeps me coming back like BA.

As I said I have not been to MDE yet, but these are my thoughts as they stand now. Feel free to correct any misconceptions I may have. I will definitely get to MDE soon enough to put it to the test. I suspect I will conclude the opposite, "my heart is in BA but I don't mind parking my dick in Medellin for a while". To your comments, I am more a tourist monger than one to fall in love. Though who knows, maybe I'll be eating my words once I get to MDE. We'll see.

I have never been to MDE but often travel to other parts of Colombia for work.

I am living in BA for several years.

In 2014, the best and most authentic GFE I had was with a "Paisa" , a girl from Medellin whom I bumped into 'accidentally' in my visit to Cartagena few months ago. This was the best GFE of 2014 despite my visit to Phillippines, Thailand this year and living in BA and sampling several girls here.

What made it stand out was that it was authentic GFE with no hidden agendas like the fake GFEs with girls from Phillippines and Thailand. This Colombian girl never bothered to contact me or ask me to invite her to BA but when I sent her a text message after one month - she still remembered me and send me a text message back saying nice things. ( she did not have whatsapp).

Since then, I thought several times of going to MDE but never have the time.

Do Paisas reciprocate the love? Unheard of with BA working girls.

With interest I read this thread.. The title attracted me because I lived in Medellin for well over a year.. And I've lived almost two years in BA. Its easy to criticize what's written because of the limited landscape of working babes.. And this is not written to criticize.. Its written to forward some experience that may contribute.

I side with the author. I have fallen, and continue to fall, for a lot of babes down here. I don't look to trash them out or treat them like crap for the work they do. Nor am I a monger who stands in the bar til well past midnight. I've got my own MO which constantly looks for the right deal that works for me. I look for a babe who will see me on my terms in my environment. And my preference revolves around after work, off-days, and the family-oriented Sunday afternoon..

I like most of the working girls I've met. I still communicate with many. Show them some humor, appreciation, and attention, and no matter where you go, and 9 times out of 10, they like it. I don't judge them. And because I don't, I get something in return.. Sure, not every working babe is angelic. And you always need to be prepared to walk. But for the most part they respond to what you give.. Just be careful how you open the treasure chest...

Medellin is great because the people are not hard and calloused. And as grimy as El Centro is, there is always a jewel to be found. If you cruise Parque Lleras and Poblado, its the bar scene. And you better be equipped to communicate on their terms. But if you choose to go to local gimnasios like BodyTech, you can establish your presence because everybody is already, to some extent, exposed. The downtown casas are many.. As is Laureles, Bello, y La mayorista.. You only have to show up. They will find you.

I don't need to describe BA because the landscape is different. The Orleans, Exedra, and the San Martin streets are more mechanical.. This info is not new. Privados close to San Pedrito Subte can be cheap. Belgrano has some awesome houses. But its still the lottery.. I found that in local Spinning Classes, yoga, or aerobic dancing, you'll find curious women who are there for the same reason as you are.. Take the dare to what may seem as arrogance.. I think its fear because they don't know what to think of the Gringo.. Consider that their government constantly beats on the US for its prowess and independence.. And we are painted as bad. Show them something the locals don't, and you're on your way to some nice attention.

I went to a dance class at BodyTech in Vizcaya Shopping in MDE.. I followed a 21 y/o who was sculpted from genius.. This honey fell out of a Hollywood Script she was so hot.. And When the class started I positioned myself a few rows back because this took careful planning.. It wasn't long before her mom showed up and they chatted.. I looked at daughter... Momsaw what I was looking at... And she put her sights on me.. Mom set the tone. And soon, while still aiming at daughter, I realized I had to go through mom to get my prize..

Mom, twice divorced at 43, did not disappoint. She was the most comfortable woman with her sexuality. But when Mom and I went out for lunch, she made it clear she wanted to return to South Carolina to shop and drink coffee all day with her friends.. But her wants never stopped progress. And after a nice evening that led into early morning great sex, I made it clear I wasn't going to finance her dreams...

At 3am she told me to get the hell out... And at the age of 57, I walked two miles home.. Smiling all the way.

I have lived in both cities. I like the mongering in Buenos Aires better. More variety of venues (although Medelln is not lacking in that regard) and less silicone. Medelln has the advantageous of great weather, good dope, and being a much shorter flight from the US. However, and importantly, Medelln is orders of magnitude more dangerous than BA; Colombia in general is orders of magnitude more dangerous than Argentina. Medelln is a lot harder to get around, to flag a cab on the street, find your way around, so forth. I do think colombianas are better looking than argentinas overall but one thing Medelln totally lacks is paraguayas. And paraguayas rock. In fact I have never fucked anything other than a colombiana in Colombia, whereas in Argentina I fucked many different nationalities. So there is less variety in Medelln in that regard. I moved from BA to Medelln, tried Medelln for a few months, and went back to BA, if that says anything. Had more problems there in a few months than I had in several years in BA. That could be a fluke, of course.

Excellent summary and a nice follow up. Re safety: I don't live in Medellin but I have "business" there. Luckily I did not have any run-ins with any unsavory characters. Having said that, I stay in El Poblado and visit the surrounding barrios only during the day by metro and by taxi at night. All of us have different perspectives based on our own own expereinces. Personally, for a tourist, I find Medellin at night safer than most cities in Mexico for example. Yes, I find BA very safe.

Very nice report. May be going to Colombia soon so this was helpful. Would like clarification of, "Late night freelance Pub," as I am afraid I might have missed something in my many visits to BA.

Cafe's and pubs: The late night freelance pubs on the other hand are like the late night freelance dance clubs of CTG. The difference is that there is no cover in BA pubs and the atmosphere is relaxed, no dancing, just drinking, chilling and negotiating. Drinks are $7 for you or the girl and if you are patient, will find gems that will go to your room for one hour for $100. I found my 10 here one night! The pubs don't get going till midnight but close at 4 AM. Obviously, MDE is lacking in this offering.

Pete, I was referring to Newport pub in Ricoletta. It is a freelance club/pub. Freelance clubs by definition do not have quality control and tend to have a higher percentage of Hardcore Chicas but if you are patient, and willing to go with an attitude of, "let's see what might happen tonight", I think you will have a lot of fun. I think there are couple of clubs like Newport in BA area but I have not been to them.

I just returned from a month long trip to Asia including 15 days in Phillipppines and Thailand. I have to admit every working girl who was there with me ( for exchange of money) tried to "seduce" me, propose her deep "love" for me and wanted to get married to me and come back with me to Argentina!
