Friday Night BBQ Dinner at the AP House
Greetings everyone, I am hosting a dinner at my house in Recoleta this Friday evening.
We'll be enjoying chorizos and bife de lomos hot off the BBQ!
In addition, we'll also have either grilled salmon, pork chops, or chicken shish-ka-bobs.
The menu includes fresh bread, mixed salad, choice of desserts, coffee, etc.
The bar is stocked with beer, sodas, water, etc., and usually some red wine.
Wine aficionados should feel free to bring a bottle of something more palatable.
Reservations are necessary to keep things under control.
