    I'm sure she just used an online translation tool. In Argentina, the word "turno" is used to mean "appointment," but in many parts the word can also be translated as "shift" (as in "I work an 8 hour shift" or "I work the night shift) She's trying to say you must call for an appointment. You can't just show up.

    Her English isn't so great.

    As for the cost, you should just call her. I don't think she follows these threads like some other girls / madams do. I don't recall how much I paid.
