I liked the Lyon!
I stayed here last year for about $150 pesos a night. The room was huge with extra beds and TV's and the service was attentive. Very good central location and the breakfast was great.
I like the old style hotels that have seen better days and are a great bargain now.

I'm loving my hotel. All the homework I did really payed off. The room / apt is huge. The normal rate is $70 but in cash ($60) for 25 days I paid $1500. I know why not get an APT? I didnt want to go through the ordeal and I wanted maid service etc. Thats what I wanted.
You are allowed to bring a guest for $15us but I do privados anyway. Hey if I meet someone its only 15 dollars who gives a crap.
The breakfast is not great but I have a nice size fridge and a supermarket close by.
Again the rooms are huge and from all my research this was the best deal. You either spend $40 for low end or $60 for mid range. Its on a quiet street and did I say the rooms were huge?
