    Same chica

This is definatly the same chica. Can't hide the tattoo.

She is now working at La Lopez under a different name.

She does speak very good english by the way.

I am thinking about going back there and talking to the one english speaking doorman. I don't know if it would do any good. I defiantly won't mention this board. I might say I read something about her on foro.

I guess the reaction I get from the doorman would be a good indicator of the management of this club.

    Alma

After my success at La Lopez the other night I decided to give it another go.

It was Sunday night and there was not many chicas out, it just started storming and New Port was empty.

I got this chica to go for 180 pesos, in the club she was very affectionate no red flags.

I get her back to the apartment and the first redflag goes off when she objects to me locking us both in the apartment. I tell her if she does not like it she can go, she drops it and all is well.

5 minuted later she asks for the money up front, I tell her that I will put the money on the counter down stairs while we are fucking or she can go. She goes along with it and goes upstairs to shower.

She asks me how many rubbers I have I tell her two. We start to go at it she is blowing me with some teeth added. After a few minutes she pulls the rubber off and throws it away. I am thinking what the hell. She puts another one on and starts fucking. Things are going well, we change positions and pulls the rubber off and says "oops" we don't have any more. She was playing me trying to run me out of rubbers. Well I had a 10 pack in the other drawer so her scam is not working.

At this point I am pissed I put another rubber on and I literally grudge fucked this chica for 40 minutes doggy to take out my anger.

I would avoid this chica, she is a pro. She also told me that some guys pay her one thousand dollars on the way out. I told her those guys were dumb asses and walked her out.

She would not let me take a face pic. Her name is Alma and her number is 15-6476-5543

    Location

Vicente Lopez, across from the cemetery.

From the corner of Vicente Lopez and Junin (Recoleta Village) keep walking toward Madahos and it's on the left between a couple of restaurants, past the block of Recoleta Village. Number 42?

Where is this place? I was there a couple months ago and I don't remember seeing this establishment.

    The 2nd chance, Emilse

I had a busy night last night. I ended up here at about 4 am with bullets left to shoot. I decided to give this place another chance. I was stone sober when I went in.

I got away with no cover going in I told the guy it was going to close soon so it was no problem. I order a drink and pay cash for it. Not a big savings here cover is 40 and the drink is 30. You get a free drink with the cover usually.

There were about 10 chicas in there and it was getting late. I saw this one right when I walked in that looked very good. A few minutes later she was on my lap chatting away. I told her I would pay 150 pesos for an hour at my apartment, she said it was too low she wanted 300 I said no thanks and sent her away.

The 2 two ugliest girls in the place walk up to me next and I send them away.

I was just about to call it a night and chica number one comes back and says OK lets go for 150.

She ends up being a really good fuck, was a slow starter but once she got going it was all good. After the deed we end up chatting. I ask her for her phone number and she gives me a business card. She has an events planning gig. I am guessing it is not doing so well currently.

I had no problem with the management at all. I don't like the expensive chica drink here though, it can make this place expensive for the quality of chica.

There were these 2 German guys in there with two shots on the bar for 4 chicas. They must have done 3 rounds and a bottle of Dom. Now thats a spendy night.

    Friends?

I learned this a long time ago.

"You can Count your friends on One Hand."

    Sad but true.

We should try to help our friendly buddy mongers when in need.

I may need your help? Sometime, hope not.

As taken from an old Song "I'm Easy as Sunday Morning." or "After Midnight."

    Which ever?

I guess I will have too check this place out. Anyone interested. Say March 2nd or 3rd.

To be honest, the selection of girls on that particular night was not to my liking so I left. But it did have many girls and many patrons, so it seems like the type of place that might hold some gems on select occasions. Again the staff was always polite and cordial and it doesn't seem like a shady place. I would go again any time, though the selection would have to be a little better for my liking to take something home.

In regards to the unfortunate inebriated monger and his experience. I would have to chock it up to lack of judgement and maybe his drinking buddies should have better looked out for a friend who was most likely past his limit. I won't make judgements because most everyone has had a little too much piva or samogan for his own good at one point or another. I think that in any case, the establishment treated the situation with at least some tact. The situation could have really escalated after a drunk guy pulls a knife. I am glad the monger only ended up with slight bruising.

La Lopez, Nice place slightly better than average girls, I prefer Madahos

    4. The knife story referred to by Stormy was not confirmed by the management.

    5. Of course, an AR ho club would never lie to protect their asses!

As I said earlier, go there enjoy. It could never happen to you!
    Hi Sidney,

I'm not what you mean when you state "never lie to protect their asses!".

Protect "their asses" from what? A mob of angry foreigners seeking revenge for the mis-treatment of a stranger?

Also, you wrote "It could never happen to you!", which is correct because I do all my heavy drinking at home.

    Thanks,

    Jackson

Oh, I forgot, an AR businessman would never tell a lie!
Based on his supposed behaviour at the club he sounds like a totally obnoxious, beligerent, and delusional bastard. Compound that with his likely mood after being ejected from the club, and he could have easily become embroiled in another confrontation later on.

AND, if he did pull a knife, he deserved to be beaten. Lucky he's not in jail.

    La Lopez

This place is definately not another Rouge. The staff there were totally non confrontational when I complained about the chica drink price and were more than willing to forgo the difference. I could not imagine those people ever over reacting without excellent cause.

Now that I realize that my incident was indeed related to a bad drink pricing policy, I am inclined to revise my complaint. This club, to avoid such misunderstandings in the future, merely needs to refine their drink pricing policy to be among the best in Recoleta.

The key staff members speak excellent English and they have a great attitude towards the customers. The chicas there are numerous and very attractive.

On the question of the individual who was supposedly beaten, could it be that he was beaten by another monger who mistook his identity for Hunt99, later that evening?

    Another Possibility

Maybe Monger1 was beaten up by street vultures AFTER his departure from La Lopez.

    A followup to 'The Incident'

    Greetings everyone,

I had assumed that "The Incident" at La Lopez several months ago was now old news, so I had refrained from posting a followup report subsequent to my own recent inquiry into the event. However, it would appear that the results of my own inquiry are still relevant.

Last month while I was visiting La Lopez I took the opportunity to discuss "The Incident" with the manager "Robert" and the doorman "Carlos". Many of you met Robert while he was working at Madahos. Both gentlemen clearly remembered the incident and were please to relay to me their observations of the evening's events.

I will preface this narrative by stating that I spoke with Monger1 (the forum member who was the center of the issue) at El Alamo earlier on the same evening of "The Incident". I remember observing that he was drinking a double shot of what appeared to be whisky, and I remember his ordering a second double shot while I was conversing with him. Judd also remembers talking with Monger1 in El Alamo and made the same observation, although neither of us knew at the time that this would be of any significance.

Monger1 arrived at La Lopez at approximately midnight and was greeted by Robert, both gentlemen having know each other by name from Madahos. Upon his arrival, Monger1, who was in an apparently inebriated condition at that time, took a seat at the bar and ordered a double shot of whisky.

Over the next hour or so, Robert observed that Monger1 appeared to be enhancing his intoxication by drinking heavily, eventually ordering drinks for several chicas. During this time Robert approached Monger1 twice and asked him if he was "all right". Monger1 waived Robert off and continued drinking.

Eventually, Monger1 decided to leave and asked for his bill, which had now grown to approximately 400 pesos. Upon being presented with the bill and upon discovering that he had only a few dozen pesos in his pocket, Monger1, who apparently by this point had transgressed into a state of complete intoxication, became belligerent, and in an act of drunken defiance threw what pesos he had in his pocket down on the floor and begin complaining loudly about the prices. At this point Robert tried to converse with Monger1 and calm him down, all to no avail, and he and his associates soon felt compelled to intervene and forcibly escorted Monger1 to the door.

Robert expressed to me several times in the course of our conversation that Monger1's funding shortfall wasn't an issue because Robert knew Monger1 and would have easily accepted an arrangement wherein he would return to the club the next day to pay his bar tab. Unfortunately, Monger1 did not have the mental acuity at that time to discuss this option, having instead launched into a vocal tirade.

Robert and Carlos also expressed to me that they did not "beat up" Monger1 in any sense of the word. What they did was employ a technique that I've seen used in clubs before wherein several employees will completely surround a belligerent customer and literally lift him a few inches off the ground by the arms, shoulders and his belt, to be spirited across the room and out the door. With this technique the customer is completely overwhelmed and unable to resist the direction in which he is being carried because his feet cannot touch the floor.

Immediately after "The Incident" I PM'ed and email'ed Monger1 several times requesting his version of the events, but he's never replied and in fact subsequent to "The Incident" he appears to have made a decision to retire from public life.

Given Judd's and my own observations of Monger1's earlier drinking, my own knowledge of Monger1's past proclivities to consume too much alcohol in public places, and the accounts provided by Robert and Carlos, it's my conclusion that Monger1 simple got too drunk and entered one of those phases of intoxication wherein he lost all control. We've all experienced this at one time or another in our lives, so everyone knows what I'm describing.

It's unfortunate that Monger1 is unwilling to give us his recollection of the events, but then it's entirely possible that he doesn't remember anything, this being one of the symptoms of complete intoxication.

It's also unfortunate that some other forum members elected to jump to conclusions regarding this incident, especially those who IMHO posted premature warnings in this forum to "AVOID" La Lopez because they "beat up" a customer, said advisory being posted without any apparent effort to accurately ascertain the actual events.

    Thanks,

    Jackson
